The room was really clean.

We were visiting family for several days and utilized the gym, laundry, pool and breakfast service. Everything was top notch! The staff are very helpful and friendly and we were greeted by every employee we saw while here. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. We will always book this hotel going forward!

I paid extra for a handicap room. There was no shower seat except for one that hung off the side of the tub and was about 2 in off the bottom of the tub. That's unacceptable for any handicapped person to try to get off that shower seat I had to go pay $40 to buy a real shower seat. The bed was slanted and sloped to the side so you can't even get a comfortable night's sleep me and my husband's back were both killing us. I contacted management they waited today before we were to check out to send somebody up to look at the bed they flipped the mattress and that did not solve a problem. The girl said that she was going to get with her general manager to see what they could do for us. I assumed it would be to give us some money back for our troubles but no they wanted to give us points and they didn't even follow up with me I had to follow up with them two days after we checked out. The first day at this property when my daughter worked here was great this day was awful and I will never go back to that place again. Save your money and go somewhere else

Clean, cozy room! Will stay here again! Pool wasn’t available though. Maybe next time!

Hotel itself was excellent. It was clean, the front desk staff was friendly. The one reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool for the kids. When we went down to go swimming there was a sign, Ouf of Order. If we knew that ahead of time, we would have booked somewhere else.

Good breakfast! Ran out way before 9:30 though:/

The room smelled like musty gym socks and the carpet felt damp. Probably would not stay again.

room was clean and hotel was quiet. good quiet nights sleep. parking up front is always full, need to park behind the hotel

Friendly staff, nice spacious room, great breakfast. Our only complaint would be the guests / children in the room above us were so loud. Running and jumping through the room very late into the night and again early the next morning.

Clean and nice room. Breakfast was lacking. The food was wiped out with very few options available.

Front desk staff was super helpful and polite, actually happy to be at work and helping customers check in etc.

The room was nice and clean. Microfiber sheets!!! BLAAAAA!!! We bring cotton sheets on our vacation and changed them. Hampton Inn has cotton sheets. Cotton breathes and we sleep better--not hot and cold. Plus cotton is better for your health.

Requested an early check-in for a family obligation & didn't get in our rooms til after regular check-in. Was late getting to our event.

Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions.

Nice basic breakfast with fresh hot food with plenty to choose from.

Very clean.
