Friendly staff, nice spacious room, great breakfast. Our only complaint would be the guests / children in the room above us were so loud. Running and jumping through the room very late into the night and again early the next morning.

Breakfast only till 9 during the week falls short of some people on holidays or later shift starts. Until 9:30 would be more reasonable

Convenient, modern, and the amenities. The desk in the room was not clean and had food on it when I pulled it out to use it. During breakfast there was no coffee and food was not kept up.

Overall, the cleanliness was great. the room was great and comfortable. Breakfast was BAD! Sausage, eggs were COLD, not kept in a warmer, no gravy, lack of any breakfast food for guest. Terrible service for what you pay to stay there. Suggestion: Go to a Holiday Inn Express & Suites to get tips on Food preparation.

Clean and sanitary Parking could be more lit with lights for safety. Elevators had water on floor from people using the pool

The room was nice and clean. Microfiber sheets!!! BLAAAAA!!! We bring cotton sheets on our vacation and changed them. Hampton Inn has cotton sheets. Cotton breathes and we sleep better--not hot and cold. Plus cotton is better for your health.

Facility was nice. The rooms were great Requested an early check-in for a family obligation & didn't get in our rooms til after regular check-in. Was late getting to our event.

Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions.
