Right off interstate, so easy to get to with out driving through town Entire property was dirty, damp and moldy smelling. Room smelled so bad we asked to be moved. Next room, same. 3rd room was ok, as far as no damp mold smell. However, not up to par in my opinion. The employee said they had had several rooms get wet from recent rains and had been trying to dry them out. Smell aside, Over all the property is in dire need of attention. It honestly just felt nasty. No attention at all to cleanliness! If we wouldn't have been so tired from traveling, we would have not stayed there. I don't know how ratings work on travel sights, but this hotel's ratings as a "wonderful" is bogus! I will say, the gal who was working the night we checked in was very kind and accommodating to anything we needed.

I had left my wallet in my room my mistake. When I called to find out if it was there, they said yes. Housekeeping turned it in and everything was there. Excellent people, excellent staff, excellent location.

I was disappointed with the gym. The treadmill and elliptical did not work and I had issues opening and closing the shower door in room 416.

The receptionist was welcoming, we also had a early departure and they gave us to go breakfast. The Sat dietary staff took sich pride on her work! The food was excellant. The pool was not open

Breakfast was adequate. Room was comfortable and clean. Elevator made some strange noises. Pillows were all the shredded foam type so weren't very comfortable.
