Super 8 by Wyndham Cookeville

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. Parking was good

Breakfast was not worth walking to the lobby for. Was Waffle maker, granola bar, muffins.

Our stay was exactly what we needed! Look if I had a reason to complain, the only 2 things I could possibly call a complaint is Getting into the property was a bit confusing for a second & the TV remote needed new batteries. The breakfast was very pleasing, had a few options for different likes. The coffee was amazing! And I dont say that hardly ever!! All staff that we had contact with were very nice & very helpful! I should've asked for remote batteries....

Older property but very clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was sparse.

Staff was attentive and checked us in quickly. Room was clean, everything in good working order. Breakfast was okay with a choice of cereal or waffles to make. Hot tea or coffee but no milk or juice. Yogurt but no fresh fruit. Room air conditioning perfect.

Staff was friendly, room was a good bang for the buck. It was clean and there was room to park my 18 wheeler.

The room was full of mold from ceiling to bottom of walls. Did notice it right a way because we checked in later and half the light bulbs were not working. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was a real downer. Pretty much non existent. I just don't understand how their expedia rating was 8.4

The room was clean except the floor was filthy! Spills weren’t mopped up and I had to get out of the shower in the middle of washing to get something: I used the shower mat to whip up the water when I got out, I wish I would have taken a picture of how filthy it was m, in just those spots where I stepped with wet feet! I took the mat to the office to show them how dirty the floors were.

We stayed the night. It was very clean great amenities. We will stay there again.

It’s was a nice spot. Close to the job, a lot of restaurants and stores near. It was clean and housekeeping made sure to stop by everyday.

I had left one day earlier than the booking but they will not refund me for the one day I had left earlier.

Decent, clean quiet. A little odd location

The mattress

Good price and clean.

Good experience at this location

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK. Very run down, beat up. Some tenants were kind of shady.

Location and staff was great Nothing

Everything was good. Staff was friendly. A little tricky to get into, pull into the Best Western parking lot and drive towards the back and it will take you the Super 8.

Its obvious they have upgraded the hotel and the breakfast was actually pretty decent. However, the shower drain was mostly clogged and some mold was on the bathroom ceiling. Id actually stay there again as it wasnt that bad, but they need to step up the room maintenance a bit

We loved staying here
