Super 8 by Wyndham Cookeville

Room was not really clean. Walls, floors & vents were not really clean & a lot of the accessories like the lamps, towels arsed & closet bar were rusted along with the vents. Shower pressure was great.

It was okay. Needed a place for one night. Room door jammed a few times and struggled to get in. A couple broken things inside, but overall clean and suitable.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Very limited breakfast. Bed was clean and comfortable. Floor was dirty.

Room had mold and bubbled paint, the TV was also broke.

The room needed cleaned better. Very dirty between mattress/box spring. Bed skirt filthy.

I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of the noise. Some guests were running around, shouting, and making a lot of noise late into the night. Not for me anymore.

The property was clean and we liked the refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was minimal.

The ladies working there were very friendly! It was a limited amount of things served for breakfast. More variety would have been nice.

Of course the price is hard to beat, front staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed comfortable. This motel has outside entries and with the neighbors standing outside smoking was annoying. Grounds need to better taken care of as there were cigarette butts and misc trash laying around.

Checked in and found a live cockroach in the room. Went straight to the office and told the clerk we were checking out and why, and that we wanted a refund. She said she couldn’t give us a refund and we had to contact Travelocity. Travelocity says the property refuses to refund our $78, so they offered me a $25, limited time voucher. Gee, thanks! So the property says Travelocity has to refund us, and Travelocity says the motel has to refund us and won’t. I guess cockroaches aren’t enough of a reason to expect your money back. My photo is a little blurry, but you can clearly see a brown body and two antennae.

Un lugar recomendable para descansar a un prrcio accesible, pero el desayuno estubo pésimo, te recomendamos mejorar en los desayunos, seria un exelente servicio.

While looking for another outlet to charge our electronics we noticed that there was mold/mildew behind the beds and on the side of the nightstand. If it hadn’t been after 10pm and my daughter was already asleep we would have left. We chose this place because of all the cleanliness comments, we did not find that the case at all.

Compared to the previous year, the renovations were very nice. Water pressure was super low but other than that, nice overnight stay

Prostitution going on on property. Obvious drug activity. Rooms were not at all as advertised on site. Staff was rude

The room seemed pretty clean but had an awful smell. We left to gor eat supper and to buy air freshener. Came back to bugs crawling around in the room. We got a refund and left.
