I have never had such a horrible hotel experience before. Shower was dirty upon arrival. Tv did not work. Called desk and they said they would ask manager (none on site) and get back to me. Never did I called again and they said sorry. No offer to move rooms or have someone come up. Day 2 I called on tv again. They said- yeah it just doesn’t work in some rooms. Would you book a hotel with a teenager without a tv? Then they tried to charge me for the full stay at checkout when I had prepaid months prior. I showed them the receipt and again had to be taken up with a manager who continently again was not there. They said he would call me as soon as he got there. We had to leave and driving home waited for call. Never got it. So I called again asking to speak to manager. They were “busy” at the moment but would call me right back. Never did!!! I called corporate a day later to file my complaints, got a case number and everything- said I’d hear back within 24-48 hrs. Again I never have. I would never stay with this chain again and advise you to book carefully. You won’t have any issue that comes up resolved and your room won’t be clean.

Clean Inflated price for football game.

Again it was expensive because it was the CYHAWK game but we where put in someone else’s room then when we finally got into ours the TV did not work and no one was willing to help fix it.

When asking for room service it’s seems like housekeeping gets amnesia so I have to take all the linen off and when I come back still haven’t clean so I have to go to the front desk and complain to get something done

Very clean and smells so good just from the entrance as a new building the breakfast was so delicious with many options.

They don't clean the rooms; I always cleaned mine.

Great staff, great room after a long drive. Breakfast was pretty picked through by the time we got there at 7:45am and a little mold in the shower. Regardless, would stay here again.

We arrived after a long day of driving at midnight, waiting an hour for help from the receptionist, and learned there were no clean rooms remaining despite having a reservation. All other nearby hotels were booked. Still waiting on a refund. Very poor experience, unfortunately.

The gym was always dirty and the outside common area.

It was all good as I expected. However the bathroom in my room could have been cleaner. The walls were then and I could hear the tv very well in the room next to me.

One of the best hotel in the areas. With a good employee, very clean, in a good spot, parking , i dont see any areas what they need to improve.

Place sucks. 90 percent of guests are construction workers who slammed their doors at 5 in the morning multiple times. Housekeeping is a joke

No housekeeping for our 3 day stay. There was debris on the floor in the hallway to our room for the entire stay- obviously hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. It’s a newer hotel but seems poorly kept.
