Great place

We have stayed 3 times over the years this will be our last. Stayed 3 nights. Had to let them know Saturday morning and Monday morning there was no coffee. Monday morning breakfast there was hardly any eggs or bacon, the water had not been filled it was obvious it was from the night before no ice. Very disappointing to spend 555.00 for 3 nights. Our shower Saturday morning the handle was not right we had to really work it to get any hot water, we told the front desk when we went out for the day and indeed it was fixed when we came back and it was in the complete opposite direction and worked great but took about 5-10 minutes to get warm water. This concerns me that if the shower had been cleaned after the last guest the cleaning team should have noticed this and reported this, so either it wasn’t cleaned or they just cleaned it with cold water. Ugh! Last time here for us, too bad as we had always preferred this location, it’s always in the management!

Good choices for breakfast. I left a shirt by accident and did not like the process for getting it back.

Great staff at the front desk helped us get into the room early to get ready for a planned wedding event later in the afternoon.

We had to wait over 20 mins at the front desk to check in because no one was working it when we arrived around 6pm. We had to call Expedia to try and contact someone because no employees could be located anywhere. She finally came in from her vape break which is where we saw the same employee all weekend. Never at the desk always outside vaping. Also, they didnt have towels, pillows and when asked this same desk clerk was obnoxious about it. The pool is by the elevators and there are no rugs and the floors were always soaked. Several times we had to help a couple older people safely walk to the elevators because the floors were so slick. Breakfast was great so there was that.

Clogged toilet on the first flush. Lady unclogged it. Thank you. The shower handle was broke.

Rooms were clean and fresh smelling. Front desk staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. It was very busy weekend for them and no one acted like they were stressed. Will be my go to Hotel when ever I am in Iowa Cityvfir now on

The loud music and kids running until 11:00pm. We are baseball family and am understanding to an extent but this was as bad as I’ve experienced. Staff was nice but limited and no one was telling these kids to stop or enforcing. Everything else was good, but limited sleep always put a bad taste in our mouth on the experience.

Great front desk staff. Excellent breakfast. Better than the hot breakfast at an upscale Seattle lake union hotel we've stayed at for years. Will definitely come back if in coralville.

No cold water in shower, only scolding hot. Not enough staff to replenish breakfast items. Had to hunt down a front desk person to check in as she was helping to clean rooms.

Upon arrival around midnight, we were told we only had one room when I clearly had booked two rooms and showed the desk person my confirmation. 6 of us ended up staying in one room. In the morning, my son asked why to foot of his bed was wet all night - when we looked there was a large brown, wet spot on the corner of the bed. The manager essentially blamed us and said they would never make a room with that there. I don't think they actually cleaned the room which is the problem.

Room was good and people friendly, I’d stay there again. Breakfast was pretty bad compared to other times I’d stayed there (not fresh, poor selection, old food)

Easy stay.

Breakfast was great- hot dishes that rotate and a nice amount of space for families to spread out. Breakfast staff was not great at re-stocking things, and so people kept having to ask staff for more milk cartons, forks, etc. And again, seemed it was an inconvenience to staff. Not worth the money. If you're going to Coralville / Iowa City area, I recommend the Graduate, or any simple Holiday Inn Express is good.

Great room and a wonderful hot breakfast!!

Shower in the room was HOT water only, no real way to turn it down. Staff offered a room change only day after checking in.

Our stay was just a quick overnight and it was fine. Our hallway was very very dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks. However the rest of the property looked clean. Would probably stay here again.

Short stay so we enjoyed the clean and quiet room

We would gladly stay here again.
