Good hotel for the value and breakfast was fine

Nice place to stay for the night. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Did not have any fruit and the juice machine was not working. We have stayed in this hotel before while traveling and will continue to do so.

Everything was great

Tub/shower draining slowly. While taking a shower you are standing in 3 inches of drain water. Same for sink. Broken tile on the bathroom floor, caulk on tub edge needs to be replaced. Showing signs of mold

I always enjoy staying at Fairfield Inns. My room this trip was very clean but the facial tissues were like rough! Breakfast was not up to the usual standards! Juice machine was broken, no fresh fruit, and the hot breakfast was late coming out and coffee pots were empty

This property is clean, new and convenient. Two lights from I-80 and near the main shopping mall in Coralville. There's tons of nearby places to eat and shop. It's ten minutes to Iowa City and the University and it's an easy straight shot to drive there. The breakfast was good and the property everything you'd expect from this brand.

Coffee maker in room was dirty inside the stuff should clean inside and out something we are going to be putting in out bodies.

I didn’t like the fact that the water was turned off and couldn’t take a shower or use the toilet to get ready for the day! Our room wasn’t cleaned when we got back and the tub was completely full of water and still running. The tub was black when we drained it. Sad to say we went somewhere else to take a shower again the next day, because the tub was dirty!!! We never got clean towels and when my husband went to the desk to ask why housekeeping never cleaned our room, her reply was do I look like housekeeping!!! I was on the phone with him at the time and when I heard that I was very upset! She did give us towels but the response wasn’t called for!

Great place

We have stayed 3 times over the years this will be our last. Stayed 3 nights. Had to let them know Saturday morning and Monday morning there was no coffee. Monday morning breakfast there was hardly any eggs or bacon, the water had not been filled it was obvious it was from the night before no ice. Very disappointing to spend 555.00 for 3 nights. Our shower Saturday morning the handle was not right we had to really work it to get any hot water, we told the front desk when we went out for the day and indeed it was fixed when we came back and it was in the complete opposite direction and worked great but took about 5-10 minutes to get warm water. This concerns me that if the shower had been cleaned after the last guest the cleaning team should have noticed this and reported this, so either it wasn’t cleaned or they just cleaned it with cold water. Ugh! Last time here for us, too bad as we had always preferred this location, it’s always in the management!

Breakfast at this location was simply awful, Nothing ready at 0630 when it was supposed to be, Had medical testing at 0720, and didnt want to eat much but was simply zero choices

Good choices for breakfast. I left a shirt by accident and did not like the process for getting it back.

Great staff at the front desk helped us get into the room early to get ready for a planned wedding event later in the afternoon.
