Only one slow elevator and the Tv is so old you could not watch anything with clear picture.cleaning team is lazy.

Nice breakfast! Staff was welcoming!

There was only one elevator and it was really slow, but that’s a small complaint. Only real complaint was how thin the walls were, especially with very loud people next door. Hearing yelling, coughing, and everything else from next door got pretty annoying, especially after advertised “Quiet Hours.” Otherwise, beds were really comfy. Pool was cold but it was warm enough in there to be fine. Would stay again and hope for an end room or quieter neighbors!

A clean and convenient hotel

The staff was very friendly and the rooms where very clean and cool. We didn't get a chance to stay for breakfast but it smelled awesome. Great location (many restaurants within walking distance) and easy to get to.

A/C, mini fridge, microwave, TV & cable, and breakfast were all great. It was close to other shops and restaurants in case you needed anything. Only downside was the extremely slow and small elevator. There was only one and when your room is on the fifth floor it can take a while, especially in the morning.

The people were exceptional and the property in great shape. I will stay here again.

All staff were very friendly! Only complaint is only 1 elevator, ended up using stairs sometimes because of the wait.

Clean, helpful staff

The room was very clean.Comfortable beds and loved their was Shampoo Conditioner and Body Soap and lotion.So much to do around.Would definitely stay again.Didn’t try breakfast though.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. We were able to walk to the mall and dinner, and that's wonderful after being in the car all day.

The manager , Trent, was very helpful! Clean! Loved the breakfast!

The person who checked us in was so friendly and quick. The room was clean and cool when we got in. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The pool was clean and not too cold. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always good and the beds are very comfortable. Would stay at more Holiday Inn Express’ if they all accepted pets:)

Exceptional

We were not aware that the hotel was under construction. Slightly difficult to bring luggage into building without auto opening doors. We had to walk to the elevator through construction and the restaurant was limited.

I could hear the person talking on the phone in the room next to me through the connecting door.
