The only complaint was the pool was on the cooler side. Other than that everything was great. Kids loved the pool said it was a lazy river.

Hotel was as described. Good place to stay

Hallway was extremely hot. Didn't affect our comfort in the room. Doors don't fit well into doorframes. very odd. And if the light from outside is too much, use the extra pillows to hold the blackout curtains against the wall.

Room was good. Pool and hot tub were great. They were renovating the room next to us and was a strong smell of floor glue when we first got there.

Hotel room had wet carpet, blood on the comforter, a big cob web I removed, a dirty bathroom floor, soap bar from previous customer still in shower, stain on curtain and toilet seat that was wiggly. The room was humid and the AC worked but you were not able to adjust the temperature or fan speed (there was some sort of lock on the system). For almost 300 bucks a night, this was not worth it. The breakfast was decent.

This was a good hotel. Everything was working and clean. The breakfast was good (though needed another person helping).

Hotel staff was very good. The Indian owned hotels like to cut on various costs and it is for few a dollars, they will ruin the reputation of a franchise. Just a simple example, in breakfast they had kids cereals, nothing like raisin barn or granola, it cost about two dollars extra for a box of cereals because hotel was empty. In fruits just apples. For milk I had to ask to fill the container. Just little things like this where there may be a difference of about 10-15 dollars but this is an Indian mentality so that he can think he saved 15 dollars. I paid $147.00 for a room and it was not worth the money.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was a clump of hair in the shower when we arrived. Pool was nice though.

Very clean establishment, pretty quiet if there was somebody running above the room you are in you can hear that! Very good breakfast. The employees were very nice and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Special free meal offered to all guests randomly a couple of times we were there. (Loaded nachos one night, spaghetti one night.)
