The room wasn’t very clean. There was a clump of hair in the shower when we arrived. Pool was nice though.

Very clean establishment, pretty quiet if there was somebody running above the room you are in you can hear that! Very good breakfast. The employees were very nice and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious.

Very friendly staff. Special free meal offered to all guests randomly a couple of times we were there. (Loaded nachos one night, spaghetti one night.)

Location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, health care. We had stayed at this specific hotel in the past and were completely satisfied. This time, our room faced the highway and was not very quiet. Steps from train tracks with trains using their required horn when passing through crossings. There is no way to get around trains passing through overnight. The hotel was full, meaning paper thin walls having to be dealt with. It was a weeknight when we stayed. No rowdy guests. There was no way to set the temperature in the room. It was either hot and stuffy or very cold. The temperature in the room had to get at least 5 degrees above the thermostat setting before the fan would kick in. The fan would not shut off until the room temp dropped to a couple degrees below the set temperature. Perhaps it was just this room. We have never had this problem when we have stayed there in the past.

Pool was nice but parents were allowing their children to have up to 25 kids in the hot tub at a time when there was a limit of 4.

Nice breakfast and was pretty clean Had an issue with ants in our room. They were no other rooms available but did try to fix the issue

So clean and fresh everything

The staff was courteous and helpful. The toilet didn't flush, the air conditioning was not consistent, and the bed was not very comfortable.

I forgot to tell them our room had no water pressure. It was literally a tiny sprinkler coming out. I almost took the shower head off myself and tried to clean it out but I didn’t have time. It was clean, but looks like it’s being renovated. It could definitely be a little better. It was a cheap stay but you definitely saw the rust on the bathroom doors, the over flow sink would go all over the toilet paper, some of the lights didn’t work. But it wasn’t a terrible stay. Just could have been improved.
