For a short stay, not recommended. But can't imagine this room for a long stay, very little space to move around, have to get any any supplies other than towels by request even coffee pot which is standard anywhere, no real workspace. And no emergency or after hours contract to repair elevator? With four floors and only one evstor, that is inexcusable. No one on duty at11am Sunday??

Not much of anything There were no places to park at all and ai am handicapped so it was very hard for me, the door was locked to the entryway and there was no directions on what to do or how to check in and it was at 10:00pm some stranger that was staying there let us in but we stood there for a long time until someone else staying told us we had to call the phone to get someone to come open the gate up front, when we once got someone the person was really nice but just getting checked in and spending 30 minutes to find a place to park was ridiculous. Cost was quite high booking through you guys especially for 8 hours only cause I had surgery the next morning, didn’t offer a early breakfast so my spouse had nothing to eat. In The room there were only two towels so we each got one towel a piece and I had to shower twice the night before and the in the morning so I had to dry off with a wet towel. There was one roll of toilet paper, no shampoos or conditioner or even soap thank god we brought our own. The pitched was a nice touch but it had no plates, silverware, glasses or pans or anything to cook with if you need it. Only one side of the bed had a night stand so the other person had to sit their phone and drink on the other side of the room. It was a waste of a $100+ dollars we paid through you guys for an empty plain room with nothing. Disappointing for sure. I probably wont stay there again but if I did I would book through them directly and not through booking.com cause their rate was much much less expensive then what you guys charged.

On the night we checked in, upon entering our room, there was no sheet on the bed. While trying to ask the staff for sheets, we were told we could find sheets downstairs in a drawer in the lobby. The staff also told us that they were not there to assist us after office hours, unless it was an actual emergency. However, upon checking into a hotel wanted, everyone does expect to have sheets on the bed. This hotel seems to think it’s OK to not have sheets and as a paying customer, you should take care of it yourself. Which is exactly what we were told. We travel a lot for work. We are gone from home 10 months out of the year at a minimum. This was the first time we have ever stayed at a Woodsprings and will never stay at another one. Even the manager when I spoke with him seemed to think that this was ok or at least that’s how things were portrayed to be since it’s an extended stay hotel. Although like I said upon checking in to any hotel, Weather extended stay or not we and you should expect to have the appropriate linens on your bed and available if needed.

There is no staff after 6pm it's 3:30 am and room above us sounds like they are moving furniture! Zero sleep and no staff to talk to in order to make them be quiet! Would not recommend this place!
-
This place was built as cheap as possible with no ammenities, not the cleanest, our room smelled musty and there is no help at the desk, it was a struggle to get enough towels.
-
Staff was professional and courteous. After a long drive everything was perfect, clean and peaceful
-
Shops and coffee nearby. WiFi was good as well. The staff when checking in on Fri were wonderful and friendly!

Unfortunately, as our stay progressed more concerns came to light. I believe the bulk of guests were construction workers and families of the extensive road project nearby, which contributed to cooking smells in the hall and frequent yelling from parents at loud children behind closed doors. The building's fire alarm went off at 12:30AM and while it was eventually turned off, our smoke detector continued flashing a green light for the remainder of the stay. There were no typical hotel amenities such as a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, extra pillows or towels, and no maid service. The cited “free toiletries” was simply a small bar of soap and a little tube of shampoo. And the rooms were not “soundproof” as claimed. We heard the heavy-footed guests above pacing around and our neighbor’s bedframe banging against our shared wall during their post-fire alarm activities. Additionally, the floors were sticky and gross, and we felt compelled to wear our shoes in the room the entire time. The staff was friendly and did their best to make things right, but it’s clear this property was capitalizing on the university football crowds by renting their extra rooms without making any adjustments to accommodate short-terms travelers.

Clean room and grounds. Not enough towels and the body towels were somewhat thin. However, friendly staff and would stay again!

No amenities…no coffee, no breakfast, front desk staff only there a certain number of hours in a day….not well ran for a new hotel.

I liked that it's close to my job and it's very quiet. Customer service is good. I have no complaints at all.

It was basic and clean. It more than met our needs.
