The place was decent for the price and the location is good. The issue is that the staff doesn't understand English. Night clerk nor housekeeping could assist us properly. We had a small dog and inquired about the pet fee. The night clerk couldn't tell us and said don't worry about it. In the morning as we were leaving the day manager was harassing my elderly parents while they sat in the lobby waiting for me to load the car. When I told him to stop and what the night clerk said he proceeded to call the cops. Well...he actually threatened to call the cops as if we were stupid and believed that would scare us or something. It was just a bad situation and manager should have known better and been professional.

Location Refrigerator smelled smokey, it froze a lot of our food. Air conditioner unit had a hard time regulating the room temperature. The pool was clean, but the area surrounding the pool needed to be swept. Mattresses were uncomfortable.

Upon arrival the property looked very well maintained. Entering the building everything was clean and looked very new. Professionally checked in, and asked if we needed anything. Room was surprisingly large, and bed was better than we expected. Bathroom was well stocked, and loved the way the shower curtain was artfully placed. Rooms were very quiet overnight, Breakfast in the morning was very nice with Chocolate Waffles along with about everything else one would want for breakfast. We will definitely think about staying here again! Oh, and the price was very reasonable.
