The property was old but clean room and bathroom

breakfast was good but we had to ask them to bring more food out. stove and microwave needed a good cleaning sofa was terribly stained closets had dirty floors and no counter top around bathroom sink had to keep toiletries in bedroom. Carpeting in hallways very dirty. room had a musty smell when they were on.

When we entered the first room we were assigned, we were overcome with a pungent smell of ammonia. We immediately went back and requested a new room which they accommodated. The 2nd room smelled a little musty but was much better. The carpet felt damp and in the morning when using the kitchen sink we realized that it was fully draining into the cabinet below and had been for a while. Grabbed a quick breakfast which was decent. I liked that they offered packaged bread with PJ&J that I could take and make for later. Overall not a great experience, but not the worst.

Loved: spacious room, decent bed, decent pillows, full sized fridge, recliner. Disliked: dirty walls in bathroom, small sink with no counter in bathroom, breakfast, staff. The breakfast was basically waffles, eggs, and sausage. The staff seemed put out with dealing with customers. The man who checked me in didn't tell us when check-out was or the breakfast hours. The next day, the lady called our room as we were getting ready to check out (around 10 AM) and told me to have my young kids to stop thumping and making so much noise. Mind you, the people in the room beside us didn't even hear us; they checked out at the same time as we did and I mentioned it to them. Overall, fine for a night, but I wouldn't stay again.

Convenient but a little dirty

This hotel seems to be used heavily by workmen.

The hotel entrance is kept warm and has a smell of wet animal when you arrive. The staff is friendly and greeted me quickly and checked in very fast. The room was kept decent. The bedding had some stains or was just dirty, there were ants coming in the air conditioner, the air conditioner vent had mold. The kitchen sink drain had a bad smell and the sink only had hot water on both handles. Overall, I appreciated a place to stay when the city was very busy. I did not feel super clean. I would say they do put in effort cleaning, but still wasn't great.

Everything was fine till the end. I asked for a one hour extended check out using my platinum benefits and they pushed back and we’re not gonna give me anything and then finally after I called into choice, they then begrudgingly gave me an hour.

The breakfast was also very disappointing!

It’s a decent place to stay for one night. The room is clean (we didn’t use the kitchen) and the location is good for being close to shops and the highways. The air conditioning unit was noisy but worked well. The air conditioning unit was noisy and the breakfast offering was very minimal.

Elevator was broken upon arrival. Breakfast was ok. Very basic was disappointed in very little choices. Barely hot water and no water pressure.

The kitchenette and how the sink was actually in the bathroom!!!!

Loved the location and all of the stores close by Breakfast could of had a few more warm options we only got the option of making our own waffles, small omelets with cheese or sausage wasn’t really worth the breakfast
