Had to help ourselves to the housekeeper’s cart because we were only provided one bath towel (two if you count the used one hanging on the shower) for four people…needed a fresh bar of soap since we didn’t want to use the one left over from the previous guests. The toilet ran all night. It’s fine if you’re in a pinch to find a room.

The staff was the best part of our stay. The beds were awful and the pillows were flat. The ice machine was broken. The doors did not seem the most secure. Really needs a lot of updates. The staff did recommend good restaurants and gave us extra pillows.

The air conditioner in room 118 was terribly loud. Could not sleep. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great experience, was able to check in early during a big event going on. Then got a surprise upgrade to a suite. 10/10

The hotel experience was great. Friendly staff, shuttle was very useful, breakfast was decent. The only issue that we had with the hotel itself is that it was worn. But for the price and location, it was a great choice!

Good value for the price paid. It's a slightly older hotel, but everything was clean. Hot water for showers was a little touch and go in the morning, but that's to be expected when dozens of people are trying to use it at the same time. We would stay here again.

Room was clean, breakfast tasty, coffee maker two thumbs up, closeness to stadium terrific, shuttle awesome perk and checking in and out easy. The front outside could use a little facelift and spruce up.

Price was good. Parking lot is very dark, ice machine was broken, door to pool is broken so anyone can just go in, room smelled musty/moldy, front office staff was sloppy, I didn’t feel safe parking in parking lot.

We have stayed here several times because it is the best priced of all the 8.0-rated hotels. Good breakfast and free dinner on weeknights. We had a very nice room.
