Was a great cheap stay, room smelled a little and the tv wasn’t working, but overall not a bad stay, the staff was nice and helpful.

Checked in with my boyfriend but left within an hour bc I saw various concerning google reviews about bedbugs and cockroaches being seen here on MULTIPLE recent occasions. I did check one of the two mattresses and didn't see anything, but once I saw that there was a bedbug indicent reported in LATE JUNE 2026, i couldn't do it. I didn't even bother checking under the bed or the furniture after that, I just really didn't want to take my chances. And after the smell and certain things not being clean I wasn't buying it either sadly. I understand bedbugs can show up at any hotel, flashy/new or not. However it's how it's HANDLED as well that influences my comfort level. Multiple google reviews said that staff have not treated this issue with much urgency or care for past clients whenever these bedbug incidents happened, and that made me very uncomfortable. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. AC unit worked well at least and breakfast bar/common area looked nice. The person I talked to for a refund was great, which I was also scared about after reading reviews about the staff not being helpful or kind at times. These reviews on hotels.com are a little misleading. The reviews on google are more accurate. I definitely don't think this is a 10/10 or an 8.8 worthy, maybe more of a 5 or a 6.

I usually go for the cheapest, well reviewed place. This one greatly exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, with a king bed, a living area, a small dining area, a jacuzzi and a desk. The housekeeping was daily and did a great job. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage as well as the usual waffle maker, toaster, yogurt, milk, etc. I would definitely try to stay here again if I am in the area.

Cable TV did not work for my entire stay. Take a book to read. Dinner meal was good and fresh. Shower valve was difficult to get water from so had to take a bath which was a challenge as I am 6 weeks post hip replacement and I am 70 plus years old.

We checked in at 6 PM and check in started at 4. Our room was not even cleaned yet so we had to move rooms. Then our TV didn’t work at all “no signal”. We went to front desk and they were zero help even after asking twice. Told us to unplug it and plug back in. Never worked.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The distance I had to walk to the room. I have a back and knee problem and walk with a cane. So closer to the door would have been better.

My husband and I stayed in a hot tub room,it was very clean the rooms were very nice,loved the patio out back and they even supper!!Definitely would stay again!!
