Bed was hard

The bed was extremely comfortable. The distance I had to walk to the room. I have a back and knee problem and walk with a cane. So closer to the door would have been better.

It was convenient and they offered an early morning shuttle The chair was not comfortable

Close to hospital. Clean rooms and lobby. The serving of breakfast and dinner. It saved a lot of money instead of eating out! The beds are hard; they need mattress pads to make them softer. The pillows are flat.

Location was near where we needed to be. Good value. Breakfast was decent. Room cards had to be re-keyed multiple times. This usually meant we'd go to the room and discover the key didn't work, then we'd have to go back to the lobby. Staff said not to put the key by my phone, which I never did - but it kept happening anyway. Housekeeping never made the bed, even though they entered the room each day. A lot of little things were irritating, like when the water carafe in the lobby was empty, and I asked if I could get some water, I was told I could buy a bottle, they weren't going to refill the carafe. When I checked in, I was told my credit card had "insufficient funds" and I'd need to provide a different card, even though I'd prepaid and had a receipt. I ended up having to also show that the transaction had gone through and been paid 3 days earlier. Then the desk staff said, Oh, yeah, I see that it was paid already. Overall, it is a budget hotel and felt like it.

Our room was clean & quiet, but sometime during the evening there was an extreme smell of Marijuana in the hallway from one of the rooms.

We arrived late at night and left early the next day. Found the place safe and clean. Large property that seems well managed.
