The front desk staff was super helpful and ensured we had a pack n play for my grandson. The pack n play was new, just out of the box. Although we were only there for a few hours, I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

What I didn’t like was the Expedia cost charged to my account was $8 higher than the hotel charged on my invoice. In the future, I won’t rely solely on Expedia.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Clean shower, good water pressure. Working ice machine/water on floors. Microwave and refirgerator in room. Also in good working order. Control of the A/C so it wasn't too hot or cold. Well lit parking lot. Good cable channels, more than just news and sports. Streaming channels also available and free HBO/Max. These are all things that I have had complaints with at pricier hotels. Breakfast was also pretty good. Hot eggs, meat, oatmeal, bagels, potatoes, and waffles. Complaints minor, Sofa and bed pillows a little too firm for my liking. This was a very good stay and I will keep this hotel in mind when I travel. Thank you!

New hotel, very spacious, clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large. Loved the walk in shower with full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Expansive breakfast choices including a yogurt topping bar, waffles and premade omelets.

The staff was very kind and processed our check-in smoothly and quickly. The room was super clean. The amenities were quite comfortable and modern. The shower had strong water pressure. Breakfast was great. The checkout time of 12 noon is super convenient. We decided to stay another day, and Savannah C. arranged the perfect plan for us: we waited in our king suite (a very nice room) until our new double queen suite (a perfect room) became available, and we were able to check in shortly before noon. Overall, a great stay — highly recommend! There is only one air conditioner in the king suite, and it was turned off when we checked in. The outside temperature was in the 100s that day, and since the room faces west and the curtains hadn't been drawn, it was very hot when we entered. It took a while to cool down the living room, and the bedroom was never quite cool enough. Overnight, the living room (which has a sofa bed that our daughter used) became a bit too chilly, while the bedroom's temperature was higher than what we liked.
