Very safe! Staff really cool!!!!

Breakfast had many options, which we loved. Very nice staff, the room was clean and stocked - no complaints

This property is in need of urgent repair and improvements. Staff at front end and restaurant were kind and sweet but the overall condition of the hotel is definitely not 8 out of 10. It is poorly maintained. Trash was overflowing outside at 10am clearly not picked up for days. The toilet was leaking at the bottom base and toilet water was on the floor. They tried to caulk toilet base as an attempted fix instead of replacing its wax seal. The lamp on the night stand had an outlet that did not work. I had to move the bed to attach my own ext cord as there was no other outlet nearby. Hvac thermostat did not control the temperature of the wall unit. We controlled the unit manually. Not sure what its function was. The coffee table side trim was peeling off and was poorly attached with scotch tape. They only gave us 2 badly worn bath towels and 2 face towels. 3 small and lumpy pillows for a king bed. The shower walls had pink mildew that needs scrubbed. The breakfast was one of the worst. They certainly need a new coffee machine as the one they had made coffee tasted like mud water. The security lock inside the room was not properly attached and coming off the trim as if the door was kicked in. It felt and looked like low budget temporary housing. Hope my comments serve as a motivation for the owners to make improvements.

Nicely appointed, good mattress and pillows. Need to de-lime the shower head.

The bed was comfortable and the check in was pleasant and friendly. The shower was not very clean. The water pressure was not great and the drain didn’t work well, so we had to stand in water as we showered

Convenient place for a quick overnight stay. However, the pipes are noisy and the walls are on the thin side.

Room smelled terrible. Air conditioning unit had black mold. The bathroom was filthy. Stains on the carpet. An outlet on the wall with no cover. The sliding closet door was just leaning, did not fit properly and if disturbed could have fallen on me.

Exceptional

The Front Desk was amazing. Friendly. Courteous. And, helpful. My stay was 'sufficient'; however, the property could use a good cleaning. Carpets, elevator, etc. Would I stay here again? Yes - but a cleaning would be nice.

Location is great as well . Walmart and restaurants are 4 minutes away . Surprisingly , Only one staff handling the entire hotel it looks like from reception to kitchen to maintenance to service .very friendly and hardworking guy . But he was there from the time we checked in , through out night time , and also next day till we checked out by 12. Doing reception, maintenance , breakfast service at kitchen and table , cleaning . Breakfast is ok. Not the great . Coffee is toxic inside a melting styrofoam cup! No cream of milk . Everything is cost cutting method from staff to amenities. Looks like some stingy Indian guy running this hotel . Lol!! Just good for a night stay . A bigger motel ! Nothing much to expect other than spacious rooms and a comfortable short stay . I hope they will renovate the place , add more staff and improve the amenities and furniture . Washrooms are small and outdated . Cost effective stay for a short stay . That’s all.

Pleasant

We had a great stay here. Ample parking and the room was very spacious as well. We had an early flight and had to drop off a car rental. Literally took 8 minutes to get to the airport and drop off our car, cant beat that. The bed was comfy and it was nice having a sitting area to relax. Would stay here again.

Breakfast good. Laundry facilities nice and easy to use. Noon checkout was helpful.

Was quite spacious and comfortable - did the job for a 1 night stopover

Room was spacious. Beds comfortable. However it took awhile before I even got to my room because there was no one at the front desk for about 30 minutes. Four additional people came to the front desk and still no one. Then he finally showed up he had an attitude. Will not stay there again.
