Tvs where in Spanish on what channels you could get I tried putting cartoons on for my kid and it only showed up on a 1/4 of the screen

The lobby reeked of weed when we walked in, got the room key, went to the room, the room number was written on the wall with a paint marker, went into the room, reeked of mold, old food around the fridge, bed boards were visibly dirty/muddy, can’t really describe how bad it smelled- didn’t stay the night.

Windows could use a cleaning

Clean, quiet. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The property itself needs a little love. Tried to use the elliptical machine, and it made a horrible noise; it was then I saw a container on the floor with a bunch of screws/tiny parts.
-
Little bit noisy at night
-
Someone else walked into my room. I was already unpacked. The showerhead fell off while I went to take a shower. I canceled my second night. The manager said he refunded the first night.
-
Convenient but not the greatest. Super noisy area
-
IBeds were clean. Bathroom was clean. The building itself from outside doesn’t look very nice. There’s cigarette butts everywhere. But inside and the room was just fine.
-
Dirty, dingy, decrepid building, my feet got dirty walking on rug, no shampoo, lousy towels & soap, poorly maintained, parking lot full of potholes, next to shuttered restaurant. FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! No way any one would call this a "9" or "10". LIES!

Good hotel for the price easy check in they’re remodeling some of the rooms by the looks of only stayed the night nothing longer. Breakfast was good your typical hotel breakfast. Room had a couple light bulbs burned out and by the looks of it a couple blood stains on the actual mattress. Other than that it was a decent stay

Overbearing smell of weed within the building including check in desk and second floor hallway

Room was clean. We entered into room there was a oad smell i turned the light floor lamp was without bulb when i used the microwave so its giving me hard time. there was a tee that all appliance switches was in one tee and main wall switch was lose because of that i have go back and forth to check things are on or not. When i finally fixed it so coffee machine already has old water in it and it was not turn off so i water started dripping from machine i have to clean all that water its was bad experience. I was not accepting this i paid $145 for this … i went for check out and want to talk someone regarding this but no one was on front desk. At lest I should get some discount.

There was a 24 hour coffee and juice station which was very nice and the location was pretty good close to all of the shopping of Robinson Township and close access to the highway My recent giving it three stars instead was both times coming in to check in and also leaving there was absolutely nobody at the desk. I actually had to wait to check in at the desk for over 10 minutes before somebody showed up, that is unacceptable. Then even though I booked this on Hotels.com, they had my name completely mixed up inverted and misspelled. I don’t even know how that would happen when I’m the one doing the booking and I have all of my information on the screen. When I was checking out not a big deal there was also nobody at the desk once again I had to take a quick look and the girl was in the laundry room and she said just throw the key in the jar so not a huge deal but they have to do much better at making sure that there is someone at the front desk at all times or at least watching the front desk lobby area.

Pullout sofa bed was terrible. Microwave power was way too weak. Room was at least spacious and clean. They provide you with an ice bucket, but there is no ice to get. Staff was hard to find. At least they provided a breakfast in the morning.

Good location Clean rooms. Good breakfast Outside building was dirty

The staff are smoking outside, but the smell is all over the hallways. In the room the shampoo tiny bottle was half empty and the conditioner had nothing on it. The sausages were not cooked properly, and not much to eat. The coffee water down, we will not return . Check in was terrible, the worker kept on arguing with me that my name was different than I was telling him, had to asked him many times to look at my id and passport to read my name. Very rude.

The room stayed cool during our stay and was adequate for my family of five. The only negatives were the breakfast (not many options and the hard boiled eggs were not fresh) and the skunk smell throughout the property. While the property was 100% smoke free, I feel many were using vapes to create the skunky smell.
