I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the location, staff and shuttle to airport. The hotel was clean and quiet.
-
Clean room, nice location , nice to have shuttle service to airport! Nice hotel for the price!
-
The shower plumbing was loose with a lot of broken caulking. The room and property were very clean. The front desk staff member was very good as well.

We spent one night near Pittsburgh airport after arriving late. The check-in was easy, the room is large, clean, equipped with a full kitchen, and the bathroom is up-to-date. I would recommend it.
-
For the price and convenience of location it is the most okay of okay.

Was concerned bc there was only one exit staircase at the end of the hall. The one at the other end was not just closed for construction, but locked. The chance of needing to exit for an emergency were extremely remote, but had one occurred, the consequences could have been catastrophic. I can't imagine the local fire inspector is aware of this.

I did not like any of the staff there. They were all complaining about how they don't get paid enough. They were too busy watching cameras then to take care of any guest. The hotel was nasty and not maintained and they all had crappy attitudes. I would never recommend them for anybody. Honestly in the manager she seemed like she was miserable with her whole life and she takes it out on her customers. No good

The room had a horrible smell one in which did not go awat

I stayed at a Sonesta Suites in Seattle and was impressed with the standard. This one not so much, but getting a room feet from the reception desk didn't help.

Rooms were clean place was really quiet lots of shops an restaurant was open
-
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Ice machine was in your room freezer. It did not work very well
-
Room was clean!!!
-
Everything thing seemed clean. It looks like they were repainting the interior walls and had new flooring in the halls. That being said the chairs while clean needed recovered.
-
Staff here is friendly but sparse. Conveniently located and easy to access. Great stay for the price point but does leave quite a bit to be desired.
-
Clean, shuttle worked. Stayed three nights in a group of 6 rooms. Staff helpful especially Morgan. Renovation of the lobby occurred while there but no problems. Sold cheap stay with amenities in walking distance or delivery.

Great staff helped us out a lot and we’re very kind/attentive, as well as very clean room stocked with everything needed for vacation. The parking was nice as well as the gym and laundry room. Renovations were being done as well which really shows they care about the property! Would 1000% stay again.

The room was very clean and a nice place to stay BUT we booked this place as they advertised having a gym but when we arrived the gym was closed for maintenance and repairs. SO strike one. Strike two was I had a baby with me and the elevator was out so we had to climb stairs with baby in hand so that was an issue along with the stairways reeking of marijuana. Strike Three was I heard other guests complain to staff about their room smelling like cigarette smoke and staff said that's fine since they knew it did and wouldn't charge them the smoking cleaning fee which surprised me they knew about it. Cleaning staff did not engage when I said good morning or thank you since they were too busy being on their phone. Overall a disappointment for how nice our room was but I guess they are working on it still. I hope they can get it right as the remodeled rooms looked great... but still working out the minor details.

The hallways and main entrance resembled an active construction zone, with drywall dust present in the corridors and ladders and construction materials stored in the stairwells. There was no elevator access available during my stay. As a result, I was required to carry my belongings up and down three flights of stairs. When given the keys, the receptionist couldn't even tell us what end of the building our room was on, so it was a toss up which stair well to use at first. While I understand that renovations and maintenance projects are sometimes necessary, I believe guests should be notified in advance of major construction activity and accessibility limitations. I was disappointed that the condition of the property and room did not reflect the level of quality I expected prior to my booking and arrival.

I would never go to this property or any other affiliates . This property was under construction . Dust, paint smells , no signs anywhere. Got to the front desk, no one there . Replace looked abandoned & other guests trying to check in. Waited an hour and a half for a shuttle that never came after calling 5x

Other than the property being renovated room was excellent!
