Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pittsburgh Airport

Excellent customer service! Very helpful. Lobby and bathroom need help- especially the bathroom. Our room was clean. Comfy beds. Had a microwave and mini-fridge. Enough space as to not feel crammed together. Would stay here again.

I usually stay here every year but this year this room was not in the best shape. There was a smoke alarm hanging by wires and the bathroom was not very clean at all. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and attentive but the rest of the staff was not. I am chalking this up as just a bad weekend for them and hoping it will be better next year

Clean rooms, respectful staff

The lobby is in need of major upgrades , couches and chairs are stained . Were told “we were lucky to get our rooms “ when booked months ago . It was fine for a night , to sleep . I’ve stayed at red roof inns and sad to say were cleaner .

I selected it for the free parking and shuttle service and they do not offer free anything! It also smelled like curry everywhere! You could not escape the smell.

Property just needs updated. But staff was amazing

When I checked out next day, I asked for my money back and was told the manager would be back the next week. He said I should have changed rooms because my room should have been cleaned with a big machine and no one would have been allowed in it. He made it sound like it was my fault because I didn't ask for a room change. Remember, I was never offered a room change. The next week (July 22, 2026) I called and was told the manager was out of the country until first week of August and that there was no assistant manager. I'm now waiting for another couple weeks for a resolution. The lobby appeared clean but when I got into the elevator that was a different story. The carpet was frayed and dirty.

The only complaint i have is i did not get receipt sent to me email

Only wish there were food items like Eggs or bacon for breakfast.

Room was clean as described Toilet did not flush well

Overall good stay with clean facility and helpful staff. I would recommend stationing somebody at the front desk from 10 AM to 11 AM as this is the final hour of standard checkout. Also, Sunday breakfast seems to be hit or miss with scrambled eggs and sausage.
