Friendly staff, just not clean property. Room was significantly smaller from the picture.

I picked this hotel twice because of location. The breakfast is a scary mess. The room was clean but the bathroom around the shower needs maintenance. The rest of it is ok. Beds are comfy. Front desk people are really nice.

Staff was lovely. It’s a basic, clean place to stay, albeit older. Bed was comfortable, place was quiet. No issues!

Our stay was very good. The rooms were clean. Staff were polite and helpful. The only concern I had was with the continental breakfast. It wasn’t much to choose from. Otherwise the state was very pleasant.

General Manager was very nice and helpful. Got in late and he made sure we had no issues checking in. No frills room which is exactly what we were looking for.

Well, you had to pick up on the door to even close it. There was mold in the shower, which is not very healthy for anyone to breathe that in while they're in a shower or anything. I think your maintenance person needs to go around and check these rooms. Make sure that the doors are closing properly and everything like that.So yeah, I don't think it was that room should have been rented out.I think that room needs to be shut down and cleaned out and yeah

Manager was very rude. He did not give us hard time but there was another guest with whom he was very very rude. I really did not like his behavior with that guest and wanted to put it out so that these manager and or any of his supervisor should take a notice of what is going on.

They canceled my room with even trying to contact me and I drove over 5 hours and didnt have a room and had to scramble for a room. I would like to get a little compensation for the inconvenience

Sink did not drain dirty hallways, elevatorr, bathrooms old

Bathroom outlet and hair dryer not functioning for two days after notifying.

Location was great I went out to breakfast cause the selection could improve that's ok though

It was decent for the price. Was clean. Was supposed to get transportation for the airport called hotel for 45 min and there was no answer ended getting a uber instead. Paid the extra for a late check out and the manager was knocking at the door early asking me to leave.

Hall smells when taking trash out. Makes the whole building smell.
