Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Just keep in mind this is a budget hotel. When I checked into the room the curtains were ripped to ribbons the fitness center was unusable with broken equipment and the property just needs a good deep cleaning. And quite a bit of paint. That being said if you were looking for a place to stay near the airport, the shuttle runs on time and breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m. . Also the staff is super friendly but do not be surprised you will know this is the budget option.

Comfy beds, very good breakfast, great shuttle service to the airport. The room had a damp smell but I think it’s the carpet doing that. Also, men in underwear/boxers should not be allowed in the breakfast room. Overall, it was good.

The area around wasn’t too busy on a Saturday night when we arrived. The staff were very friendly when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. We were there less than 12 hours. The value was good for the price we paid. Breakfast was also good. There was a nice variety of options. The bathroom was very tiny and could use some updating.

It was convenient in location. It was difficult to find the room in the dark, parking was outside room, but you had to get out and walk to find any of the numbers- not visible from 3ft away. Not very clean, inside or outside. Mold in the tile grout. Hand sanitizers empty in the breakfast area. My hairdryer in my room didn’t work. No-one at desk to ask for another one. No one at desk to check out.

The location of the property was very convenient. The staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was complimentary but it wasn’t anything fancy. The room was clean but it smelled like a damp basement. Very unpleasant.

Phone did ot work, WIFI did not work, cigarette smell in the stairway, water faucet did not work, shower stained and dirty. . Overall very disappointing.

Exceptional

Stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds are and how quiet it was. Breakfast was sufficient for continental. Staff extremely nice

The property is certainly outdated HOWEVER, i was very pleased with the cleanliness of everything and the staff were very attentive. They coordinated the airport/hotel transfer for us. For what we paid this hotel was just fine.

Older out dated

Good parking. Excellent breakfast every morning.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was outdated but clean and decent. Little pub bar next door with excellent food. We were overall very satisfied.
