Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall

Bed was comfortable. Lots of choices to eat around property if you wanted to use restaurants aside from the one inside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, convenient, new. Enjoyed the stay a lot.

NONE. Breakfast was horrible!Fake scrambled eggs from a box and OJ! Go to First Watch, the restaurant serves real eggs and OJ. Pancake seemed to be mixed with glue bcs. it sticks at roof of my mouth. The room is NOT quiet! We could hear LOUD noises (motor cycles, 18 wheelers and trucks) from the highway. It is much quieter outside than the room

The hotel was fine. But the check in girl made things incredibly difficult. I tried to show her the email stating incidentals were covered. She made me spend 40 minutes on the phone with engines support staff just cuz she had the power to make it happen. He sent over a card and she complained it wasn’t enough and co tinier to harang the caller and myself. If I was able to cancel the stay and go somewhere else I would have. She was incredibly difficult and made things awful out of sheer petulance. The rest of the staff was great but this girl was awful. By far the worst check in experience I’ve ever had.

Great hotel, close enough to downtown and the stadiums, staff was very nice annd accommodating. Rooms and hotel in general was clean. If I ever find myself back in Pittsburg I will stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous property, located close enough to the mall and airport. They shuttle you where you need to go and pick you back up. Definitely will stay here in the future

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth, the location was convenient, and the breakfast had plenty of good options. The overall atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Shuttle to airport was easy to use with friendly driver

Stay was very rude and unhelpful. We couldn’t get checked in. I need to file an official complaint. They hung the phone up on me and wouldn’t answer my calls. Terrible experience. Has me second guessing booking with Hilton and using booking.com

This property is a little outdated for the price. I’m a Hilton Honors member and only stay At Hilton when traveling. The rooms are clean this property just needs an update .
