Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall

The entrance coming in was Beautiful and makes a difference. as well as the personnel at front desk, Welcoming and be the Best. Polite, considerate and cared about others needs concern as well as being up lifting to make our stay very comfortable and in great spirits. Ty Breakfast set up was uneducated about, Different set up from the norm of other places in the group of this hotel, Learned of the way your establishment addresses the payment of the system here for breakfast

When on vacation i want my room serviced every day not every other day. How do we get fresh clean towels??

Requested the room to be cleaned, they changed the sheets no vacuuming not good

The first room we were given had a very strong smell of mildew so we asked to be moved. The staff was very accommodating and switched our room immediately. From there on out everything was great! The restaurant inside the hotel had great food and great staff. There was a free shuttle to the airport. The only down side for us was that there wasn't alot of food places within walking distance of the hotel.

Airport driver was very nice and friendly.

I was worried about airport noise, it was actually quiet once inside the hotel, staff was friendly, everything was clean, and only 10 minutes to the airport

Stayed for an early flight out the next morning. Everything was good. Gave 4 stars instead due to the coffee pot in the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Dust and grime all over it. Thank goodness they had coffee in the lobby. Ordered food but had to go pick it up, no room service. Other than that it served our purpose.

Not the most attractive location (it’s near what appears to be a previous dump of construction materials), but easy to get to the mall, stores, restaurants, etc.

Staff was very nice and when we had issues with the room they changed our room immediately and gave a complimentary breakfast ticket. Aerica had amazing hospitality!
