Staff was fabulous, made great dining suggestions, room was amazing! I'll return here if ever in the area

Property is a bit dated in some areas but was clean and rooms were modern! No bar or restaurant so that was a bit disappointing. Staff were available for our late check in and overall experience was good!

Breakfast was better than expected. Location was a bit isolated but close enough to get downtown quickly. Room had a patio but no patio chairs to use it.

Staff was very nice and helpful at check-in & check out. The only issue that there was construction happening with loud tile cutting happening until about 6:00 p.m. It just happened to be when we arrived to rest after a 6 hour drive and heading out for the evening. Pool opened after 10:00 a.m. in the morning and check out is at 11:00, so it doesn't give much time in the morning to enjoy the pool. I understand the pool noise needs to be minimum in the morning for the rooms facing the pool, so just an observation.

Exceptional

The beds were very nice. Beds have both soft and firm pillows on them. Try the pancake maker at the breakfast bar. It was a long walk to get to the elevator

Front desk ladies were so helpful especially when it came to restaurant recommendations.

Easy on and off the highway. Convenient location. Breakfast was great.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms seemed clean but our room smelled like mildew or cat pee or something similar. We used the airport shuttle service, and ended up waiting at the airport for an hour for the shuttle. With so many comparably priced options, I will choose another location in the future.

Room was comfortable and suited my needs. As of this review, hotel is undergoing some renovations.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable

The rooms were spacious and clean. It seems to be at least partially recently renovated. The distance from the check in desk to the elevator and that the property overall was a challenge to navigate. The breakfast wasn’t the best.

WiFi was spotty, walls were super thin and thermostat didn’t work properly. Staff wasn’t concerned and didn’t offer anything.

Breakfast was great. The room is clean and spacious, but the building is old and needs more renovations to look newer. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal is poor.
