Daily house keeping Outdated elevator and limited parking

The bed pillows were amazing. I wish I could purchase them. Wish the pool temp was warmer. Front desk said it only goes to 75 degrees. The lobby area was very warm and stuffy however the rest of the areas were cool. Hot breakfast was bland.

This was a great spot for exploring pittsburgh or attending a sporting event. Short drive to downtown. Rooms were comfortable, quiet, clean. Nice shower. Breakfast was adequate with lots of choices. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff are very friendly

Staff was trying but they could not staff the place. Sold out. Only 4 housekeepers out of 7 showed one day. Nobody cleaned our room though we requested. We did go to definite get fresh towels. No new sheets. The eggs and bacon trays sat empty for a long time at breakfast. They had empty tray where blueberry muffins were supposed to be. Guy at front desk did his best, kudos to him. They also were in renovation mode and much of the place was dirty. I travel a lot, have businesses, hardly ever complain, but I was very disappointed. Lack of labor and management is the root cause.

Not enough parking. Everything else was good.

The parking was not marked clearly. We did not know where their parking started and the corporation next door ended. The parking. And the desk clerk who did not make eye contact when we arrived

The bed was comfortable. The option of soft or firm pillows was appreciated. The staff was helpful. I thought the newly renovated room was very nice. I particularly liked the walk-in shower. A/C worked great! The hotel is under renovation and that was a little noisy and chaotic in the morning. The breakfast was adequate. I appreciated the warm options, but they weren't very warm.

Old and tired hotel, a hike to the airport, and not many places to eat within walking distance. Will not stay there again,

The only downside was that there was not a coffee maker in the room, but I could have requested one if needed. I just grabbed a coffee downstairs before I left. The room was great, especially for the price. Very spacious, comfy bed, hot shower. I would return!

Under construction so everything was tore up and a mess.
