Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Airport by IHG

This Was A Last-Minute Reservation After My Flight Was Canceled. I Called The Hotel More Than 15 Times To Arrange A Shuttle Pickup. Multiple Representatives Said They Would Assist, But I Kept Getting Transferred Back Into The Queue. When I Finally Reached Sean At The Front Desk, He Was Dismissive And Offered No Explanation Or Apology. Because Of This, I Was Stuck At The Airport From Around 8:00 PM Until 10:25 PM Waiting For The Shuttle. That Is Completely Unacceptable For A Hotel That Advertises Airport Shuttle Service. I Also Requested A Complimentary Late Checkout Since My Rescheduled Flight Wasn't Until 3:00 PM. Standard Checkout Is 11:00 AM, And While I Was Offered The Standard Extension Until 12:00 PM, Nothing Beyond That Was Considered Despite The Circumstances. The Hallways Appeared To Be Under Renovation, Although There Were No Signs Indicating Construction. There Was Also Hair Stuck To The Shower Wall, Which Raised Concerns About Cleanliness. Overall, I Was Very Disappointed. This Experience Was Nothing Like My Previous Stays At Other Holiday Inn Hotels.

Clean linens and clean bathroom. The AC works well.

Everything was newly renovated. The staff was mostly friendly.

Staff was great. Flew in two hours early. They gave me a room at 1:00. No issues.

Wouldn’t stay here

The ladies at the front desk were so nice & friendly! We actually arrived a little early and they offered us use of the pool while we waited. I watched them interact with other guests and they were just as friendly. You can tell customer care is very important. The property was nice & clean. One of the nicest places with the most friendliest staff. Location is perfect to Uber into the city & back. This place is a must stay when traveling to Pittsburgh.

They do not accommodate to issues with reservations that are interrupted due to weather conditions that cancel trips.

Nice place for an overnight stay

Nothing Terrible location. Not near anything. Staff was rude. The rooms weren't very clean. We had to cut our stay short and they were not accommodating at all

Very central for the airport, lovely rooms, very clean Unfortunately the shower in our room didn’t work.

Rooms were newly renovated and clean. Staff was friendly. Long term parking and shuttle services to the airport is reasonably priced.
