Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Pittsburgh South - Airport

This hotel was bad. Homeless people. People in parking lot drinking and doing drugs. Very scary for kids. Checked out 15 mins after checking in

Staff was wonderful, and the beds were comfy!

Nothing The hotel was absolutely disgusting. They did not clean after the last guest the sheets had a bunch of dirt all over it and stains from the last person that stayed in there I lifted up the bedsheet and looked at the mattress, and it seemed to have been some bedbugs on there. There was hairs in the sink in the tub. There was dust everywhere there was hardened candle wax on top of the one shelf, and there was a used condom in the trashcan.

Bed was uncomfortable and room was not clean.

All of the individuals were extremely friendly. The cleaning crew came by daily and asked what I needed.

Just one thing. The overnight front desk employee. His guest service skills are deplorable.

Room was clean and AC worked great. TV didn’t work and phone to call front office didn’t work.

Nothing The place is infested with bed bugs!! I killed one after being bitten and I will never go back there again. Also the corridors are dirty. But the bedbugs!! ‍♀️

nothing leaking toilet lines the area and the ppl outside and nothing was cleaned

Proximity to venue[PNC Park] Room should have walk in shower. I'm a Senior and it's safer for me.
