Good it could be better if they would clean thoroughly

I’ve stayed here before and it’s been getting old and outdated. They had a dumpster outside with chairs and mattresses. I hope they are updating the place but we probably will not stay here again.

We were disappointed with our experience. The hotel lobby was particularly distasteful to the eye. Office chairs were pulled out from all of the rooms in one building and pushed into bushes by the parking lot. When we arrived about 10PM, there was a loud music party involving several people outside of a room a few doors down, which suggested that the hotel is an extended residence for some less than considerate neighbors who are rude enough to pollute that entire building with their noise. Unsure how this hotel has managed to pull off a 7.0 score on Hotels.com

Exterior looks pretty rough but my room was really spacious and comfortable. Place looks dated from the outside but don’t let that fool you.

The dressers were sticky with some sort of film. There was hair and dust as well. The drawers were disgusting.

Bed was comfy and shower worked well. Tweaker 1 and tweaker 2 at the front desk were off putting. Cleaning is not good. Seems as though the upstairs is being used for low income housing. Riff Raff everywhere. People banging on walls during the night. People yelling and arguing in different languages.

Clean , comfortable and nice The dresser drawers stuck and there was what appeared to be vomit on the bed skirt

Location convenient and staff very accommodating. Tv wasn't working that well.

Parking was ok, hallway smelled funky, bathtub had a mysterious brown smudge in it when we got there. Housekeeping woke us up pounding on the door to see if they could clean yet and it wasn't even time to check out yet. I guess for what you pay it was ok,but did not appreciate being woken up by people banging on the door. We even had our do not disturb sign hanging outside

Checking in and out was very easy. They are actively remodeling however the room we stayed in the towels were dirty looking and there was something sticky on one of the wash clothes.

My room was clean and initially had a great clean smell, however, once I was there for a bit, I was able to smell a moldy smell. The bed was lumpy. All in all, I think the room is great for a younger person who just needs a room when passing thru Pittsburgh

everything great and mostly everyone friendly except person at check in did not go above and beyond like other red roofs inns have on previous trips even during non check in times but including mine complaining and wanted to smoke more than help guests this was my first time to Pittsburgh,PA and I heard the city was friendly but first impression at check in was not good,everyone else at front desk including guy who went above and beyond to come over and fix tv or just make sure i know how to use it,even a couple of the guest both when I arrived at check in and left were more helpful carrying my luggage or opening the door so i could carry my luggage up the stairs room was awesome though loved it

At check in an older man, yelled at me, that i had to stand outside as he locked the office door and walked away. I waited 20 minutes for him to return and check me in. this has to be the WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN..

Very nice and dedicated staff

The pictures are deceiving to the condition of the property. The pictures shown seem to be from 15 years ago. Additionally it seems like a lot of people are living full time here. I wouldn’t have booked my stay here, after I saw the true condition of the room..

The sheets where dirty & room smelled like cigarettes

This place was very smelly walking in, you had to hold your nose, the hall way was full of crumbs and paint dripping from 1 end to the other, the room was very outdated, smelly and the bathroom was dirty about the base😶 I was very stressed and at a lot for words don’t be fooled by the pics
