Omg can’t say enough - our stay was great - came to Pittsburgh for a concert at pnc park - drive into downtown very doable - the hotel very clean good breakfast and staff very attentive to your needs - would definitely recommend

I've stayed at this property several times and I love the location. Lots of shopping and places to eat and the proximity to downtown isn't bad either. Will be returning soon

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. The only thing that was inconvenient was one of the two elevators was not working. The hotel was busy during our stay so we had to wait on the elevator almost every time.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast and 5:30 kickback are always great.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was very good asl well. The only complaint I have is there was only one elevator working for 8 floors and when kids were constantly playing on them, it made it hard to get an elevator to our room so a lot of people were constantly waiting for it.
