Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall

Definitely will stay again when in the Pittsburgh area!!! Very clean and comfortable room.

Absolute wonderful stay at the Hyatt Pl., Robinson mall Natalie was a great help and great conversation throughout our stay. Joshua was great to be around and talk to you when we spend time at the bar. Definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt when you’re in Pittsburgh.

We arrived in town early from out of state, so we took our chances on checking in early. There was already a room available for us. Staff was friendly, room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Slept great. Very quiet. Felt safe the entire time. Did not have time to check out the pool though

Rooms were fine and staff was friendly. A bit outdated/dirty and interesting layout. Soap was out in the room and breakfast was small.

The staff were extremely helpful. We originally made an error while requesting a room, and the staff helped us get into the room we really needed. The breakfast was good. The pool was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool wasn’t very warm.

Excellent staff and hotel we had a great time! :) Only downfall we had were the pillows in the room. We had to keep asking for more because the ones we had were very flat and uncomfortable. The staff accommodated us very well and supplied us with better ones

Could have had a few more meat options for breakfast. Minor maintenance issues need fixed like cracked tiles in elevator. Overall, great stay for our family of 6!

Property was close to shopping!

Breakfast was good The hotel is starting to show it’s age. The elevator was dirty the door was all scratched up, the grout lines in the shower was gross, no washcloths, the pillows weren’t comfortable and the power went out for 10 minutes it was pitch black. The bar had no bartender, was not open and had a very limited selection. The picture didn’t match what was really there.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the Hyatt place. The good 1st. The two women working the front desk in the evening were great and personable. If you have been to a Hyatt Place before then the room we had at this location was typical and nice. We had to double beds and sofa bed. The online customer reviews of this hotel almost ran us off from this location prior to booking it, however we were pleasantly surprised. The draw backs were the location it was way in the back of a parking lot in a shopping center and you can't see it from the street. Also there was active ongoing construction. The gym was closed.

Close to shopping and restaurants Upon check in we were put in a dirty room that still had garbage and food from previous stay, moved to another room that was dirty, ac messed up, food under sofa bed and in it. Housekeeping never took any trash out or put clean towels in till we asked for them ourselves, had to drive to a different hotel for pool, front desk guy rude as can be, never heard back from management.

Self service breakfast had great hours and included in the price of the room. Several different options (hot and cold breakfast) were included. Staff was great (they were always checking for cleanliness and ensuring there was enough food). The room was HUGE, and very well laid out (with large seating area, wet bar, desk) large bathroom area, plenty of room to lay out toiletries. Very happy with my stay. The hotel is aging, the elevators looked worn, dimly lit, and very slow. The plumbing on 6th floor was slow to drain (the staff did write down that concern). Weak coffee (the in-room coffee was better than the coffee in restaurant) but the room size made up for it!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast options were great, rooms were clean and quiet.

The lady who checked us in was AMAZING, even went as far as listing restaurants, I really wish I got her name. The breakfast was great and more than expected. The elevators were concerning and the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor.

Breakfast was typical of most. Good but nothing special. location was good. We requested pool and/or jacuzzi when booking. Both not open.
