Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall

Great place. Friendly staff. The courtesy shuttle to and from the airport is a great plus!!!

The building was being renovated which wasn’t said when we ordered the hotel room. The front desk staff was very helpful and supportive

They are finishing up remodeling. Housekeeping did not come on our second day so I needed to ask for clean. The hotel is behind a shopping center.

We had a fantastic stay!

Stay was pretty average. Hard to criticize, but they're doing some remodeling so it felt a bit messy. Breakfast was very average. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good and clean. A/C was kind of loud. Felt kind of expensive but cost a little less than other hotels in the area.

Proximity was great. Bed was hard and uncomfortable Breakfast included powdered eggs, and very little protein options. Also, currently undergoing major renovations. As an IHG rewards member, I had to go on hotels.com for the better rate. Disappointed in this stay, especially at the pricepoint for such a mediocre experience.

Nice big room tho, shower size was great, AC cooled it off real fast

Room was clean. Liked the bath products that were safer. Confused on why the hotel made it seem like there was a restaurant when there wasn't. Pool was nice and quiet but could have been warmer. The rooms were so quiet at night and we never heard anything such as doors closing. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

Room was very clean. Spacious. Buffet breakfast was great- much better than most “continental” breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

Brand new facility. Super clean, roomy and comfortable. Right across from west Edmonton mall. Tons of dining options and easy access. Highly recommend this one.

Staff was great. However, the photos of the hotel do not match the actual condition of the hotel. The inside is being renovated and under construction and the rooms are less than desirable for the amount we paid for one evening.

This hotel was in a great location for all the places I needed to go. There were plenty of options in the general area for places to eat. Every staff member I met was extremely helpful and friendly. I thought my room was clean, and I enjoyed the offerings at breakfast.

Room was huge, great water pressure, the bed was one of the best I've slept in. Will be my go to Pittsburgh hotel.

Definitely will stay again when in the Pittsburgh area!!! Very clean and comfortable room.

Absolute wonderful stay at the Hyatt Pl., Robinson mall Natalie was a great help and great conversation throughout our stay. Joshua was great to be around and talk to you when we spend time at the bar. Definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt when you’re in Pittsburgh.
