The hotel lobby was neat and clean. The bathroom tub needed better cleaning. You could see fingerprints on the tub edge and there were shower gel soap streaks all over the shower walls. Needs a good cleaning

Loved the location near the airport with restaurants nearby. I booked this property for its bistro. But it wasn’t open. Don’t know if that because it was a Sunday.

The property was very clean well maintained the staff were friendly and helpful and only problem was there was no hot water in the morning so I couldn’t shower pretty disappointed about that

Upon my arrival the lady whom was checking me in unsure of her name. Was rude, rushed me and told me I only had one room booked, when I prepaid for two. She got the manager Ashley who was also rude and not attempting to resolve the problem. I had to call Expedia whom confirmed I had 2 rooms. Expedia called Ashley and told her the same thing. As Ashley was providing me the keys to my second room she attempted to argue with me and continued being rude. Even after I walked off. I will never stay in this establishment again due to poor customer service.

Good location Extremely rude staff. They couldn’t find our booking.com reservation, refused to talk to me and hung up on the booking.com people trying to help. We had to cancel and find another hotel on short notice.

Airport transportation was an Uber. I requested a car seat but apparently they don’t provide that amenity. The Uber driver refused the ride and the hotel had no other options or cared.
