Good location to everything, clean room

The hotel is clearly newly renovated but management seems to be lacking. In all rooms, the only coffee available is decaf and when we asked for regular coffee at the front desk we were told they only have decaf in the entire hotel. In addition, on a holiday weekend the restaurant/bar area was closed. The hotel is nice and overall clean but it’s clear even the employees discouraged by poor management. It’s sad because it could be a very nice place to stay but we would not choose the courtyard brand again based on this experience.

The pool was nice, a pretty decent size, the whole area was pretty clean and our 5 year old loved every second of it. They had plenty of seating and towels. The bathroom was big, and the shower was really nice. The beds were comfy, and seemingly clean(but then again who knows because we found toenails on the floor, which tells me they don't make an effort to really clean the rooms) The entire lobby smelt strongly of pee, which immediately put us off. Thankfully the room we stayed in did not, but the second you got off the elevator it hit you in the face. The room itself was dirty, a previous guests trash was hidden underneath the curtains, and my partner kept finding toenails on the floor-disgusting. From a first glance you would have no idea. I will absolutely never stay here again. I understand this is not a luxury hotel, and I did not spend even $200 for our room, but that is not an excuse to not ensure the rooms are actually cleaned.

Room had a few stray hairs but other than that was clean and as expected. Pool was clean and the kids had fun.

It said free breakfast in the add at Expedia but it was not free.

Staff was kind. Very pleasant. Tried check in 1 hour early. Said rooms wernt ready. Check in at 3. Went to our room. It was dirty, bed still a mess from whoever stayed the night before, old food,towels all over. Staff did get us a new room right away. And we're very pleasant.

Location is perfect, staff professional and friendly and room was immaculate. Doesn’t have a microwave which to me is a pain. Overall awesome.

Loved the room it was clean and put together My only complaint is there was no free breakfast. The breakfast was actually like a café and you had to pay.
