Great stay! Room was clean.

I like this hotel and I like the people I stay there a couple of times and they all are friendly. It's close of everything with the mall and restaurants. And just a short drive to downtown.

Hotel was great only thing I didn’t like was there was no airport shuttle only an uber on one way back so kinda a bummer but everything else was good

The staff at check-in was very helpful and accommodating to our request to split the bill between my friend and me. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is newly renovated which is nice. Convenient to shopping malls, movie theater, local restaurants, and to the airport. My only complaint is when we requested for the bed linen to be changed on Saturday, only one bed had completed coverings. When we mentioned it to housekeeping and the front desk, we were told that it was done when it had not and we had to pick up our own linen, including blankets, from the front desk when we returned from a concert late Saturday night.

Restaurant was closed. Non working oven?

never filled with any water over both days. There is a Hampton Inn next door that is cheaper, nicer, and has free breakfast.

The room was clean and quiet. I had a bad experience with the shuttle though. My understanding was that there would be free shuttle at any time since I didn’t see anything otherwise on the website when I booked the room. Turned out that they offered it only between 6am and 11pm, which I found out after I got there around 9 pm. I needed to leave at 5:30 and they refused to arrange that for me. If I knew I didn’t have a free shuttle in the morning I would have not booked with them.

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Refrigerator in room didn't work. Restaurant was out of several items.

The hotel lobby was neat and clean. The bathroom tub needed better cleaning. You could see fingerprints on the tub edge and there were shower gel soap streaks all over the shower walls. Needs a good cleaning

Loved the location near the airport with restaurants nearby. I booked this property for its bistro. But it wasn’t open. Don’t know if that because it was a Sunday.
