Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport South–Settlers Ridge

Very nice hotel overall , just little close to airport so if sentive to noise keep in mind can hear airplanes.

Was a very comfortable stay. Everything we needed was included. Free breakfast, free parking, pool and fitness center. I’d definitely stay there again.

Easy to stay at near the airport

Breakfast was a little better than comparable hotels. Room needed some repairs - somewhat dated. The dresser that contained the refrigerator was in rough shape, door was a little unhinged.

Only complaint was the upstairs room was banging, stomping and making noise from 12midnight on. Finally called the front desk to take care of the situation and they said they would take care of it but the noise continued to early morning hours. Everything else was great. Room clean, comfy beds, decent beds and we even got to check in early than expected.

It was great. Beds super comfortable. Room clean and bathrooms fully stocked. Great amenities. Staff very friendly and we really loved their breakfast.

And then we had Sabrina in the morning. Very kind and hospitable. We will be back again.

the front desk lady was very helpful, we needed the luggage cart and wasn't near the lobby, so she went floor by floor and found it. She definitely went above and beyond

The stay was nice, there were renovations to the carpet happening and they continued a day past what was stated on the flyer at the front desk. We were woken by nail guns stapling the carpet down directly outside our door at 8:30am Saturday morning. I wish that had been communicated as it scared us a little bit, but all in all it was a good stay and the new carpet looks great!

Staff great, breakfast standard, lots of outlets in room, mostly comfortable Scratchy sheets, sliding bathroom door didn't lock, & there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the room was a little musty.

Has problems with tv all weekend and a burning smell came from the other room we had booked and they also had tv problems , paid that much money and no tv I could of went somewhere cheaper to get it for that and a tv working Tv don’t work and the staff wasn’t really helpful

Easy check in, offered bottled waters when I arrived. They knocked on door in the morning to see if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable and the whole building including rooms were clean and breakfast was good !! Nothing

The beds were comfortable A lot of noise from the interstate outside and the shower took 10 minutes to drain.
