Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Airport South–Settlers Ridge

The stay was nice, there were renovations to the carpet happening and they continued a day past what was stated on the flyer at the front desk. We were woken by nail guns stapling the carpet down directly outside our door at 8:30am Saturday morning. I wish that had been communicated as it scared us a little bit, but all in all it was a good stay and the new carpet looks great!

I rated terrible because I got there and I did not have a room after I booked it through Expedia so not only is the hotel terrible so is Expedia since I can't get my money back as of yet

Nice breakfast, enjoyable pool and helpful staff.

The breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly! The only thing that I didn't like while staying here, was there was someone above us staying with their children and during the early hours of the morning, all their kid kept doing was running back and forth for hours. Normally I don't care, but it woke my friends and I up out of sleep.

My stay was amazing got plenty of rest. Rooms are nice and quiet. Loved it will be back. Thanks

Rooms are somewhat advertised as suites, which the majority are not. Front staff not as friendly as others, although weren't terrible either. Room was a bit disappointing especially given the pictures and rating. Decent stay, average as overall rating.

Breakfast was very good but it was not kept stocked. There were times we waited about 20 minutes for hot breakfast to be restocked. Also found a cockroach in our bedroom on the last night of our stay- rooms were not the cleanest.

The staff were nice and helpful. They have full size toiletries. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The room was not thoroughly clean. There were some areas that had things that should not have been overlooked.

The room was nice. Parking is safe. Keep your expectations low on the airport transportation end. The transport is not reliable. We were told, "sorry...we don't have a driver". Don't count on them to take you or pick you up.

This facility is in dire need of rehabilitation… stained carpet, stained and deteriorated furniture, burned out light bulbs. Unfortunately the bathroom and bedding were clean; and the staff was attentive and friendly.

It was a great price point and had free parking and free breakfast Had to call several times about getting towels
