This was one of the nicest Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in. Clean everywhere...not just the rooms. Location was easy to get to and many amenities. Friendly staff...especially the housekeepers.

We were tired, didn't want to look for another hotel.. I was asked if we used a 3rd party when making the reservation. Not a great experience.

Close to where u needed to be Staff is unhelpful. Had to top sheet on my bed and no one offered to bring got up to the room, nor apologized for the inconvenience

I liked this location and that it had free breakfast They downgraded one of my rooms to a 2 queens room and I didn’t find this out until I arrived. I was still charged the same rate. The pet fee on their website and the Hilton app said $50 but I was charged $75. The employee said they still needed to change it on the website but that the pet fee is now $75 and she couldn’t adjust it. The fruit at breakfast was rotten (I have pics). One of the room’s sink was clogged. The towels were stained and the rooms smelled really bad like mildew and musty.
