Extended Stay America Suites Pittsburgh Airport

Lobby was nice and clean, then came the 2nd floor…. got off the elevator to like a whole different hotel. Dogs barking, what appeared to be urine on the hall carpet, terrible smell and just a completely unkept hotel. The room was kinda clean, make shift furniture, stained up bathroom countertops & missing cabinet doors in the kitchen. Just stay somewhere else!

Staffs were amazing, they were so nice, friendly and helpful There was a weird smell, kind of wet and musty/stinky, around the entrance area. U could smell it right after opening the door.

Location The bed. Haha.. I came in from a concert and when I sat on one side of the bed it creaked and the other side went up! Hahaha!!! I reported this to staff next day. So it made for a loud uncomfortable night of sleep as I toas and turn in hotels. The floors were sticky. Not sure if I want to know why. The furniture was missing several knobs. The neighbors had dogs. The hotel and elevator smelled like wet dog. But the ac worked wonderful! The staff was over the top nice. Very good kind staff there. Set your expectations to motel low standards with over $200+ price tag and you'll do fine. It was in a very safe neighborhood which mattered the most since I was traveling with my family.

Very clean rooms. Great service from the staff. Kid friendly. Room sizes are nice, they accommodated my husband and myself, along with are 4 kids.

I liked that it was close to where we were, and easy to get to. I liked that it was close to good food and shopping places. The bed was horrible. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in a pop up camper. The room was okay, but the bed was absolutely horrible. Super uncomfortable

Price was better than the surrounding locations. Appliances and TV need updated expeditiously. A good renovation to the property will do wonders. Right now Its a 3.8 for me but could easily be a 5 with these updates.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast bar could have been better. Like hot foods. Pressure (shower) could have been better. Crack in door, you could see others pass by. Other that, very nice place. Will stay again😀

Location was great. There’s a laundry room which was clean. No quarter machine, 3.75 not 2.00 like on the website. Which was kind of expected because when was the last update lol. So I was able to wash clothes during my visit. I liked the room for it being a mid-motel. There’s a kitchen which would have been great if I stayed long enough to cook a dinner vs bringing food/ ordering food. Overall, it was a nice experience. Definitely would come back again/ recommend to others. The shower head seemed fairly new like maybe just replaced; but it was a terrible water flow. Very light. The hallwayu carpet could look more decent, but since the room didn’t have carpet… it was passable. The actual room looks better than passing through the hallway.

The extended stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful, especially the receptionist. Haley. Any questions I had she answered, very respectful, smile, and very helpful. Good attitude. The a.m. staff was great as well. I will book again at this extended stay.

Good value for money

The pull-out couch was covered in crumbs and unidentifiable stains. The couch itself was in bad shape. No door hung correctly causing cracks that you could see through in the bathroom. Lots of areas that need to be fixed.
