The extended stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful, especially the receptionist. Haley. Any questions I had she answered, very respectful, smile, and very helpful. Good attitude. The a.m. staff was great as well. I will book again at this extended stay.

Great location very clean

Good value for money

The pull-out couch was covered in crumbs and unidentifiable stains. The couch itself was in bad shape. No door hung correctly causing cracks that you could see through in the bathroom. Lots of areas that need to be fixed.

I had to ask for items that would be regularly stocked at other long stay hotel. Literally nothing in the cupboard. The shower drain was clogged and was not fixed during my stay. It was disgusting.

The room was dirty. The bathtub was full of hair. The floors were dirty to the point that our socks were filthy that we were our shoes. The photos online showed a coffee bar and they said they haven’t had that in 5 years. Their breakfast was a few muffins and bars if someone was looking for food before work or travel that’s not the place. Could not connect to the internet on laptop or iPad. The carpets in the hallway were utterly disgusting. The sheets were clean thank god. The over night persons hygiene needed to be addressed as you could smell him across the counter.

Smells

Close to where we wanted to be This place was so low standard. I felt totally uncomfortable. It stunk, rooms were so yucky, even the door was not squared off light came through the whole door.

Location, staff, and comfort Breakfast

The staff was very helpful and friendly The beds were very comfortable. The rooms could use a little upgrading. Minor issues (leaky faucets) need to be fixed.

The location was very convenient. The room was okay, although the layout was kinda weird and the room wasn't in great condition. The kitchenette and bathroom both had missing cabinet doors. The hotel charged my credit card when I checked in, even though I had already paid for the room via Booking.com. It took multiple phone calls to the property to get them to refund this.
-
No hair dryer, no dishes for an extended stay type room, heater noisy. Staff was great.

The bed was uncomfortable. The room could use an update.

Front desk reception was excellent

There were bed bugs and smelled of smoke. We had to leave. The front desk person was nice. But that doesn’t help the terrible conditions. No screen on the window, mold under sink and poop on the bathroom wall and the furniture was falling apart. The bed bugs did it we had to get out of there and fast!

Location was good for what we came here for. Uber/Lyft drive downtown was good distance to where it wasn't bad. Room was as described. Tons of space kitchen was nice but didn't use. Bed was oh so comfy. Could have slept in longer it was good. Front desk was left unattended at check in. Had to wait about 10 minutes & had to voice that I was standing out there waiting. After getting keys which barely worked & had issues opening door. Air/heating element needed cleaned bad. The vents were dusty and had what looked to be drywall lodged in there.

It was okay.

Cons: The bed was absolutely horrible. Only slept a few hrs each night, half the time no one at front desk, breakfast is prepackaged cereal bars and muffins, place is super dated and beat up which reminded me of a truck stop motel, the room smelled like must and cigarettes, you will hear every step above you when someone walks so noisy.
