The room was clean and the fully equipped kitchen was excellent! Breakfast was good and the outdoor fire pit was nice for us to enjoy an evening drink together. The bed was comfortable

The staff here are all wonderful people! We only stayed for one night and we had a great experience.

The ads online are misleading. There's no pool or hot tub as mentioned online. The room was very unclean. I asked for the room to be cleaned and housekeeping only changed the towels and one trash can. The workout room smells like a tire shop. Very outdated to say the least. Only good thing, breakfast was decent. Wish I had somthing better to add but unfortunately it was disappointing.

There were a few spots of I have no idea on the pillow and bedding. Other then that the property looked great. Just the bedding needs check better.

We were able to check in a little early, which was great! The room looked new, very clean and love the blue colors.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I have stayed at IHG hotels before and they're usually nice but this had a really cute kitchen area with full size refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher even as well as a nice sitting area!

This hotel was truly one of the best ones my family and I have stayed at. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk to even housekeeping. Breakfast staff were all great as well. The hotel was well maintained and kept very clean. Our room was clean and the kitchen was a good size. We made good use of the kitchen. It’s located by many stores like walmart, target, giant eagle, Sam’s club, a mall, and many great food stores as well. You will love staying here!

They were absolutely amazing. Willing to correct Booking.com’s HUGE error. It’s a great location. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff. I’ll be staying here again, for sure.

Good location Upon arrival, I was charged a inconvenience fee of $25 because I booked on Booking.com and whatever room was available it booked for me, and when I got there and checked in I was charged a inconvenience fee because they had to change my room. Which doesn’t make any sense because that’s not my fault. I was told I would get back the fee within 24 to 48 hours, and it’s been four days since and I haven’t gotten it back. Separate issue, there were spiders in the room, the floor in the bathroom was uneven and you could tell, and there were tiny holes in the walls on the molding. They could have more parking spots available as well.

The tv didn’t work in our room, and there was only one trash can for a whole suite? a little strange. otherwise was good considering we stayed even though the morgan wallen concert got cancelled.
