MainStay Suites Pittsburgh Airport

Staff was very polite and helpful, location was great. The pull out couch is beyond uncomfortable the rooms should have 2 double beds for 4 people it would make the quality for the stay so much better

Check in time was 3:00. I arrived at 4:30. My room was still not ready. I was asked to wait for half an hour. I came back shortly after 5 and my room was still not ready. When I finally got checked in, my fiancée found drugs between the towels in the bathroom. Crazy experience all around.

Outdated, not very clean rooms. Smoke detector in my room was off the ceiling and sitting on a table. The hotel smelled like marijuana. The rooms were dark and dingy. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Just definitely not what is pictured in the posting.

How cozy it is and warming it is and the location The room I stayed in the door wouldn’t work bc the key scan was died and the carpets felt hard and like it wasn’t cleaned at all and the people next to us were yelling and carrying on late at night

Excellent room

I've had an exceptional stay here before but this time around once again at this location I've had stolen property. It broke my heart to give this review. I work Tuesday through Saturday leaving the hotel at 4 am in the morning returning approximately around 2 pm. I generally leave the please do not disturb sign. Only because I leave behind valuables that I do not want stolen. Well this time once again I've had property taken from me. . don't know who went into my room. I'm so over it!

Cleanliness. Staff was great !! Amenities and location. Nothing to not like except the breakfast could’ve had non pork meat options.

Comfortable Breakfast wasn’t great

Economic price. Pro forma front desk, answered questions clearly. Location can be confusing as this is also a SleepInn location. Parking not convenient to front store. Slight funky smell in hallways but the room was comfortable and had everything I needed and quiet and clean. My major gribe is the runaround I got the next day. I called what I thought was the front desk from a Midwest airport because I thought I left something valuable in my room (I found it in my luggage later). The number took me to reservations who gave me the front desk number which took me to reservations. I finally got someone who gave me the number for the OWNER of the hotel (1) I didn't call.

Room was clean. My boys love the waffle maker at breakfast and the eggs and sausage were great for a quick bite. They were very accommodating whenever we needed extra towels or tp. And it was nice to have a kitchenette for our stay.

Breakfast was good, but they were out of one of the cereals and didn't refill it. My door stop in my room was very loose, and essentially useless.

If you have no other choice or budget is tight, stay here but MAN, this place had so many things wrong. Let’s start with getting to the room…. IT SMELLED like someone was smoking cigarettes for 20 years straight in the halls, then when we got to our room, there was missing lightbulbs, nonworking appliances, and light fixtures, horrible drain, and smell in the bathroom after you used it and for some reason, our sink would clog up after washing our hands. Truly, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had with cleanliness and man the walls must’ve been made from paper. You could hear a mouse pee on cotton with how thin these walls were.
