Everything was great staff was very good breakfast clean room very roomy loved all the ports they had for all my electronics just need a little.but more hangers but I didn't ask for any so that was my fault. Had my room done the Housr keeper with the red hair I didnt ask her name she was great did exactly what I asked.ty so much...it was very far from were I needed to be but I liked it very much should had rented a car but maybe next. Only thing that had me was tread mill didn't work in exercise room and I think pool needs to be maintain a little bit more frequently cause ppl use it constantly great hours 6am-10p.thats beautiful

The coffee machine didn't work. No breakfast was served. The rooms smelled like mildew. The AC units didn't work in two out of the Three rooms I checked into absolutely a horrible experience. I had to park across the street because there were big trucks parking at the hotel taking up all the parking spots. I think they should make them park somewhere else due to taking 4 or 5 parking spots for one truck.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was extremely clean & the pool was well maintained. Breakfast was phenomenal! We stayed for a college visit weekend and were very pleased with the proximity to Pitt & Carnegie Mellon. It was also nice having Robinson town center so close for lunch & dinner options. We will definitely be staying again!

Nothing - Waste of time. It should be name “UNCOMFORT INN” . I have stayed at many Comfort Inn properties and hotels across the United States, but this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences. The bathroom was poorly designed. The toilet was unusually low and small, making it uncomfortable for adults. The sink faucet was installed in the corner instead of the center, leaving almost no room to wash both hands at the same time. I had to wash one hand at a time because there simply wasn’t enough space under the running water. It was extremely uncomfortable and impractical. During my two-night stay, there was no body wash provided in the shower. The soaps supplied were of very poor quality. Housekeeping was not automatically provided, and the notice explaining that guests had to request room service was placed in an easy-to-miss location in the corner of the bathroom. Even the body lotion was mounted behind the toilet on the back wall, making it inconvenient to access. The bed was another major issue. The mattress was not secured to the wooden bed frame and continuously slid around, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. I would only consider staying here again if the rates were discounted by at least 75% to reflect the quality of the accommodations. Unfortunately, this property felt more like an “Un-Comfort Inn” than a Comfort Inn. Pool has no towels supply.

Upon checking in, staff was very friendly and directed us to all of the amenities. The room was a very nice set up. Was for the most part very clean. The beds were excellent!! Loved that they had fresh lemon infused ice water and coffee set up in the lobby. Breakfast was nice. Nice pool but didn't get to try it. Very quiet and in a good location. Breakfast could have used a little more options. Believe that there was slight black mold spots in the bathroom.

he room and blankets were not clean. The toilets were clogged, and the bathroom doors did not close properly. The elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs to access the third floor throughout our stay. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the property.
