Rooms was clean and they offer free breakfast and indoor pool and gym win win

Nice room! Had to wait a while before checking in, though. But when I needed a shuttle, they got me transportation well.

Very clean and large rooms, cordial and professional staff, breakfast is well stocked and plenty of parking, closed ro restaurants and great points of interest.

The check in was fast and easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My grandson enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was acceptable.

The location was perfect! Directly off main highway and still quiet area. The breakfast options could have been better.

Breakfast and the bed Charge for bottled water. The towels were stained brown and torn. The shower was mediocre and basic. The bathroom door didn’t latch shut

It was an okay experience. Nothing bad, if you stayed in one you know what you will get

I thought I was booking a great hotel. However, it was the WORSE experience ever! As we entered our room we were blown away by how hot it was inside. . I checked the thermostat and it was on the lowest which is 65. The room temperature was 74!!! We continued, thinking maybe it just got turned on. I went to put our drinks in the fridge and it was not cold! At this point I called the front desk to describe what was going on. Also, the temp never went down. I walked into the bathroom to find MOLD growing on the floor. The bathroom was so filthy and I had it at this point. A gentleman comes up to the room (supposedly maintenance but doing valet as well so I don’t know) tries telling us the fridge and air were working! I have pictures and videos of everyone sweating, mold, disgusting bathroom etc. We were now running behind schedule for our tours. We proceed to the front desk (the woman working was very nice but since she wasn’t a manager there was nothing she could do) to talk to the receptionist. She offered another room. However, it was nothing compared to what I paid for. I specifically went with that hotel because of the balcony and view. I stated to the young lady that we needed to leave and I would deal with it once we returned. We returned only to find out “maintenance” went in our room and changed the fridge. He had no authorization! The manager Saturday morning stated valet, fees and Sat night would be free. I did NOT get money back for Saturday.

Location. Stayed here a couple times and it is very nice and affordable. I tried to look past some things but man our room was dirty. Hair on the bed and shower. No tp in the room. Floors were dirty. Just an uneasy experience. Stay at the Wyndham next door. More money but way more at ease

It was clean and the room was nice and easy to get to. Well, there were three things. When I called for assistance prior to my stay the front desk agent was on the third floor and put me on hold to get back to front desk. It was taking a while, so I hung up and called back, and was put on hold again while she helped another customer. Then finally called me back. The room was very warm so I put fan on cool high, and it was not blowing cold air but room temp. Finally tried I guess what was AC and that wasn’t working very quickly or well. Third, my toilet clogged on the morning of departure and I could not use it.

Other than that… a mediocre place to stay but centrally well located.
