Ice machines didn’t work. Our bathroom fan also didn’t work. The room itself was decent. Not too many issues other than the fan. I was actually surprised to see the room in pretty decent shape after walking through the halls.

I was there for one night for my flight was delay

The from of the hotel looks like is falling apart, the cafeteria doesn’t work, so no breakfast included, there are no microwave in the rooms, but there is one beside the reception desk, so if you need to use one you have to come down to the reception desk. The air conditioner is super noisy and doesn’t stay on for more than 5 min, and then stops 5 mins and then on again, no matter how low temp you set it… but… this place is cheap compared to any other around.

No soap for shower. No hair dryer. Spider in towels, bathroom door did not close. Side entrance door trashed and would not close, so much for night safety. no lounge/food.All furniture ancient and beat to death with scratches snd dings. Took four trash cans to catch rain water leaking from ceiling in lobby after a storm. Unfinished drywall patches everywhere. missing ceiling tiles… they fell with water leaks… A real sh$& hole. They lied. They are not a Wyndham Garden. They claim to have permission to use the name… At least had hot water and the AC worked. Hole in my room wall where door knob was crushed through the drywall… ughhhh! Stay away!

Nice place near shopping

Breakfast was unavailable and the ice machine looks like it's never been cleaned. Our room was very nice, spacious, and newly remodeled. The property is a work in progress and coming along nicely.

Let me preface my review with I have stayed at my fair share of hotels due to travel sports. I am not hard to please and I always read reviews. I booked this hotel due to reasonable price, the fact that it said continental breakfast was included, and the fact that most of the reviews seemed decent. When we arrived, we were immediately notified there is no breakfast available. As we looked around at first glance, the hotel seemed in extreme neglect/disrepair, and I’m not someone who would complain if it was just simply outdated, that’s not the case here. The side doors where it read “key card needed for entry”, all pulled right open without a key card. Zero security. One of the entry doors further down the parking lot was broken and completely ajar our entire stay. There were MULTIPLE code violations for just life safety items. Wires hanging from the ceiling, smoke detector lying on the floor, an exit door completely blocked by plywood. The photos of the hotel online are completely misleading. The parking lot has very little to no lighting as well which felt unsafe. If you’re looking for a cheap place to shower and sleep, go for it.

The hotel is in good condition and our room was nice. The entrance to the hotel is not well maintained, we did not have a microwave but staff was very helpful in getting our food warm, it had no breakfast due to understaff. It had a very nice dining area but it was close for now. They told us that the hotel has a new owner and lots of renovations are expected.

They advertised breakfast but did not have breakfast. Worn dated and dirty.

The sheets were clean in the bed was mostly comfortable, but overall the hotel is not well maintained. In the bathroom, the wall was literally falling apart, apparently from what looked like water damage. There was no breakfast included, which was promised on the booking They did not have staff at the front desk most of the time. The bar was not open. It seemed like they were very understaffed. Our room was incorrect when we got there. We did appreciate them offering an extra room, which was nice but overall, if you were looking for a comfortable and clean hotel with nice amenities, this would not be your choice.

Outside, the awning looked like a hillbilly had let off fireworks in the shade and completely destroyed the roof. Parts were falling down and hanging. The parking lot was rough, full of filled potholes-which are just as bumpy as actual potholes. This is the worst I’ve seen it. If there had been a sign stating, “ignore our mess. Repairs in process” it would have felt differently. But instead, it looked like a neglected puppy that really could benefit from a Sarah McLaughlin song and a fundraiser.

Positive aspects are that the staff wasn't rude, there was LOTS of hot water available and the rooms were in better shape(not all lights worked, stained sheets & mattress and door bolt missing).
-
No phone in the room so had to make several trips to the front desk to report my issues. Would not recommend this property PERIOD!!!

Of maintenance. Chips out of room And hallway walls. No carpet on floor and it was dusty. Room windows were filthy to the point of being opaque. I got stuck in the elevator for an about a minute and when I pushed the open door button the lights went out. When I hit the button again the lights went back on. Then the doors opened. Parsons smoking week outside the entrance when I pulled in. Parking lot was disintegrating and many spots. Would not not stay there again. Thanks!

Both the hotel website and Expedias website is beyond wrongfully advertised! The Hotel was a complete dump. Hallways, Rooms, and reception was filthy uncleaned. The entrance ceiling was literally missing and falling apart along with ceiling damage inside and leak stains. The rooms were very filthy half assed cleaning attempt where gross hair and stains on blankets and bathroom made us cringe. I took photos to share with review and will be demanding refund! The lady at desk had to reassign our room 3 times cause the door panel ran out of batteries for key card to work and their maintenance staff quit and brand new hire left at 5 for the day. The pool has not been open clearly in years along with the restaurant on site. They also falsely offered breakfast with stay and stopped that months ago due to staffing. This hotel clearly appears to be shutting down and close to closing its doors, desk staff even agreed! The WiFi drops in and out, and to top our stay off my Wife got stuck in the elevator and had to get fire department to pry her out!!

Met all our travel needs!

I was very disappointed that breakfast was not available. I would never book a hotel that didn’t have continental breakfast. I wish I was told before I booked the hotel that breakfast would not be available. I feel like breakfast is included in the price I paid for a night at the hotel.
-
Very nice room, easy to get to. Would stay there again!
-
Overall, it was a good value for the price.

Place is absolutely NOTHING like the pic on their site. The ceiling of the entrance where you check in, was falling apart, and I mean gaping holes 20X20 feet holes. No gym, no restaurant, no vending machines. Key cards to the room didn’t work, maintenance had to come and pick the lock apart to use a key to get us the room, then they told us if we left the room, we had no way to get back in. Hallways had holes in the walls with plaster patches, carpets were FILTHY. There were piles of trash out front on the hill buy the entrance. When I checked the mattress for bed bugs, the were human bodily fluid stains on the mattress. We flew all day and It was midnight before we checked in and too late to find another place. Slept in my clothes on top of the blanket. Would have been better off at Motel 6 or Bates Motel. Took pics of everything. Felt bad for the front desk ladies, when I mentioned the problems, they looked soooooo embarrassed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HELL/HOTEL. Very disappointed for a Whyndham. Nightmare place!
