Very nice room, easy to get to. Would stay there again!

Overall, it was a good value for the price.

Place is absolutely NOTHING like the pic on their site. The ceiling of the entrance where you check in, was falling apart, and I mean gaping holes 20X20 feet holes. No gym, no restaurant, no vending machines. Key cards to the room didn’t work, maintenance had to come and pick the lock apart to use a key to get us the room, then they told us if we left the room, we had no way to get back in. Hallways had holes in the walls with plaster patches, carpets were FILTHY. There were piles of trash out front on the hill buy the entrance. When I checked the mattress for bed bugs, the were human bodily fluid stains on the mattress. We flew all day and It was midnight before we checked in and too late to find another place. Slept in my clothes on top of the blanket. Would have been better off at Motel 6 or Bates Motel. Took pics of everything. Felt bad for the front desk ladies, when I mentioned the problems, they looked soooooo embarrassed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HELL/HOTEL. Very disappointed for a Whyndham. Nightmare place!

Beds were soft Some of the hotel staff were rude . One elevator didn’t work the other took 5+mins to close door and start .

Nothing I didnt like anything. While booking room it wa smentioned free breakfast but actuallly no breakfast provided. No coffee , no compliment water bottles , limited tolietories.... Worst maintenance , low quality ambience

Bed was comfy. Toilet seat loose, holes in shower curtain. Restaurant closed for over 1 1/2 years,nobreakfast. Mold affected my allergies

The price . The lights when you enter room did not work, the bathroom door did not shut, the curtains were broken ( taped up in spots) there was some kind of drippy substance on the chair beside bed. The floors were dirty and the room has so much dust on everything. The ceiling in lobby was falling apart . It was just alot of disappointing things .

Website said breakfast included but there was none. Otherwise room was very clean. Staff indicated hotel was recently repurchased and would be undergoing renovations in the near future

The staff is the best part of the hotel. The front desk lady was courteoussy and professional.

The front desk staff were the only people I had seen my entire stay. Rooms are of adequate space. I stayed in a 2 queen bedroom with bathroom/shower. They provided: towels, toilet paper, tissues, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap bar. Room had working tv and telephone. Iron board with iron available. Multiple usb/electric outlets available on furniture (desk and night stand) but they did not work. Clearly the reviews were correct no breakfast is offered. I stopped and got a griddle so I can make at least pancakes and bacon. Refrigerator only no freezer. No visible housekeeping staff during entire stay. I requested our floors to be rewashed as they were super sticky probably from the condensation and whatever cleaners used. Hotel is very run down and needs outside and inside work. Driveway and parking areas have multiple pot holes as well as trash laying everywhere!! Hallway corridors have not been swept or windex. Ice machines very old and in operational, probably filled with mold. Outdated furniture and decor throughout entire building I didn’t get to see the outdoor pool area but it’s clearly non operational. Exercise room across my room is there but appears very dirty and needs sanitized. No food deliveries available in this area and the closest food store is Dunkin’ Donuts. You will need to drive a distance for any gas stations.

It is not around any restaurants you have to go through an industry park to get to the place and the roof on the car port is falling down. Bug in the shower . Shower water goes all over the floor. Floor was not cleaned in too. No breakfast in mornings. Put us on top floor at end of hall. Did ask why the next day and she said we could have ask for different one. Didn’t check in to late just wanted to get to room.

So bad we ended up getting another hotel

The only thing saving this place from a 1 star review was the room itself. Clean and updated, not bad for a 1 night stay. The rest of the place is falling apart, from the entrance to the hall ways to the elevators, it should probably be condemned! Don't let the amenities fool you, like it did us. The pool is closed, the bar/lounge is closed, there is no breakfast, heck they don't even have sodas or toiletries available for purchase at the front desk. As a bonus the room next door had a dog locked up in it whining and barking all day!!! Definitely not as advertised!!

Rooms were clean Offered a free continental breakfast which they did not have. And we could not get into our room no matter how many times we had our key card replaced.

The room was big The property was dirty, trash outside and in elevators. Bathroom door did not close, smoke detector was ripped off of wall in room.

Not enough towels for the number of people. Lights didn't work, plugs inside didn't work. Really pretty horrible.
