Room was dirty ac didn’t work ice machine was broken

Although it looked like the workers had finished, they resumed construction around 11:00 PM, using power drills and other loud equipment. The noise was so intense that our room was literally shaking, making it impossible to sleep. I politely asked them to stop because it was already 11:00 PM. Instead of addressing my concern, I was told I could either leave and get a refund or "keep my mouth shut," and if I didn't, they would call the police. I was calm and simply said that overnight construction in a hotel was unacceptable. The owner then started yelling at me aggressively and continued shouting even as I walked away with my child. What makes this even worse is that this was clearly planned. When I asked the workers, they said they expected to continue for another two hours. Since I booked at 9:00 PM, the hotel already knew guests would be unable to sleep but continued accepting reservations anyway. The hotel itself is extremely old, worn out, and in very poor condition. Save yourself the experience and spend an extra $20–30 on a decent hotel. Between the unsafe entrance, planned overnight construction, and the owner's aggressive behavior, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had.

Staff was nice and helpful

The pictures shown were nothing like what the room looked like. The property definitely needs to be remodeled, there were windows with cardboard on them and the parking lot didn’t even feel safe. Just left after seeing the room and stayed somewhere else.

Nothing. Didn't stay there. Place is run down. Lady at check in could hardly speak English. It looks Nothing like the picture in the ad. Lobby was dark and you could hardly see anything in it. Run down building. Lobby was dark and looked like a dungeon. Cereal in dispensers looked old.

The owner is super nice and helpful. Accommodated our Spirit pushback with graciousness. Hotel is very clean and closest one to airport. He arranged shuttle and the remodel is going very nicely. Large room, good internet, hot shower. Highly recommend!(coming from the hospitality industry as well). Everything was perfect.

The toilet in our room was not functioning properly. Although the handyman was courteous, his only solution provided—lifting the tank lid to manually flush—should not be acceptable for a paid guest room. Additionally, one of the pillows had visible dirt on the back, which raised concerns about cleanliness. We were also informed upon arrival that parking was not free but $5, a detail that had not been communicated by the Expedia agent. The parking area itself felt somewhat sketchy. Based on these experiences, we would not intentionally choose to stay at this property again. I strongly encourage the owners or management to invest greater attention into the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of the facility.

Location Needs updated and deep cleaning. Walls were horrific, splattered fluid in bathroom and bed area. Smell was also not good at all and lingered. Smell of horrible air freshener to cover up smoke smell.
-
The breakfast was cereal and toast. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The location was good.
-
Easy to find. Room was cleaner than expected. Very comfy beds! Price was great for the experience. They were painting when we arrived so the whole place smelled heavily of spray paint and chemicals. The girl at the front desk was very very quiet. Other than that, no complaints.
