My room, particularly the bathroom, needed to be updated - a little dingy

Clean and neat place to stay, one of the best in Huntersville North Carolina area .

This hotel was very nice and clean. They offer a very good breakfast. We stayed in 2024, we noticed they made some great updates. We will be back. Great location too! This hotel is right off the highway and directly across from a shopping center.

Nice location being back off the road and in the suburbs of Charlotte metro area. Room was large and accommodating. The stay was nice and quiet during the night. Breakfast was outstanding.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was ample and the hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants. Had a good stay.

Very convenient, staff was polite, beds were comfortable in room rooms were clean. I had accidentally broke a bottle of perfume in the room and asked for a vacuum to pick up the glass. they gave me a broom and dustpan instead of having someone come up and clean it, which I didn’t mind because it was my mess. However, my daughter ended up getting cut because there was some glass on the carpet that the broom Room did not pick up.

Our refrigerator wasn't cold, just barely cool and the freezer didn't freeze my water.

Great stay! Everything was clean and check in was quick and easy. The pool and outdoor activities were fun and the breakfast was very good.

The shower was beautiful. the mattress was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The mattress had way too much of a gap between the end of it and the wall, pillows kept falling into the large gap. The air conditioner was way too loud and had to keep getting up to adjust temperature as it was too warm at 71 and too cold at 69.

Horrible hotel stay. AC not working correctly and was set to 60 degrees when we checked in room and still didn't cool, sofa bed broken and unusable. Metal frame slanted to one side so totally uneven. Could not sleep on. Told the receptionist and she could care less. In fact, she said there were many complaints from other guests about the rooms and the sofa beds. Hotel is in need of a remodel badly. The tub and shower looks like it's from the 90s. Ugly plastic panels with thick caked on caulk. Dogs were all over the breakfast eating area in the morning, barking, jumping on guests' legs and being a nuisance. Outside pool was dirty and even my son who loves pools did not want to go in it. Spoke to hotel manager the next day since he was not there at checkout. He was rude, condescending and was obvious that he could care less. We asked for a small adjustment because how unpleasant or stay was and he would not do anything. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There's so many better choices nearby. Country Inn and Suite does not care about customer service at all.
