The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The food provided was delicious. It was quiet and relaxing and not far from the beach. If we ever go back, I would stay here again.

This was a charming B & B! The room was clean, comfortable, and furnished with antiques. The location is perfect - a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Orange Avenue and the Del. The breakfast was delicious, and the attention to details was great! I would definitely stay here again!

I will never stay anywhere else from now on when visiting San Diego.

Loved the cozy and quiet atmosphere, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast was especially wonderful! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back again soon!

We were very happy with our choice to stay at the 1906 Lodge during our brief trip to San Diego. The staff, room, service, food, and property were all top-notch, especially the ladies working on the front line dealing directly with guests.

This property is so cute, clean and well maintained. The staff was so helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable. Breakfast was fantastic! We did not make it to the night happy hour but we were offered a glass of wine or a beer when we missed it. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach, and was in a quite neighborhood. It was safe to be out at night and have our widows open for fresh air. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will stay here again@

great experience and the facility was very close to coronado restaurants

The first and last place you’ll ever stay at while in Coronado. This place is a gem and so relaxing, yet down the street from the Hotel Del at a fraction of the cost.

The hotel provided everything you could possibly need. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was comfortable. Location is 2 blocks from Hotel del Coronado and the beach.

This was a nice, old property in a great location in Coronado. The room was too small for us but it was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite disappointing---we've had much better at moderate motels. The afternoon snack was served in a nice location but we were disappointed that both the red and white wine were of quite low quality. We had no balcony.

The front porch furniture could use an upgrade as well as the beach chairs.

All excellent! Will stay there again!

Great stay at 1906, highly recommend. Felt like classy old California, with all the modern needs met. Super hospitality, really cold AC, nicer than normal breakfast, super close to the beach amenities at the Del.

Great location...great staff.... and a neighborhood gem. Just what we were looking for.

Only thing I’d say is the carpet in our room ( the landing) should be replaced or deeply cleaned!!!
