Glorietta Bay Inn Coronado Island

Great stay. Friendly staff and nice amenities. We even received a cute, reusable 4th of July commemorative bag with snacks, water and patriotic sunglasses.

Gorgeous Hotel. Awesome breakfast and a very nice accommodating staff. We loved it.

Avoid at all costs! A rundown, noisy nightmare.I live right around the corner and stayed here to escape home construction, expecting a restful night. Instead, it was an absolute nightmare.The Room: The inside is completely rundown, filthy, and nasty. It looks fine from the outside, but don't be fooled.The Noise: Upstairs guests dragged chairs across the floor all night, and neighbors talked loudly through paper-thin walls. The noise was so unbearable I literally had to leave and sleep in my car in the parking lot. Management can easily verify this by checking their security cameras—if they even have them.The Layout: You have to haul your own luggage through a ridiculous maze just to find your room.For the high price they charge, this place is an overpriced, unmanaged disaster. Save your money and stay anywhere else. I will be telling everyone I know never to step foot in here!

Great place that is centrally located to many restaurants that you can walk to. The staff was very helpful and treated us with open arms. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience! This is an excellent location with walkability to all of the beautiful cafes, shops, beaches, in Coronado. This is a boutique property so does not have the amenities of a massive resorts but we didn't expect that since we were staying across the road from one of the most expensive resorts in California and could walk to their beach. I would stay here again and definitely recommend!

Such a charming and beautiful historic hotel. The rooms are updated but still hold the historic charm. The location is perfect as well. We walked everywhere!

It was an upsetting stay the room had a horrible smell and felt so humid when we got there . It took forever to have the room cool down. There was also a water dripper broken that was spraying the front door .

The only complaint was the stained carpet in the room. They need new carpet

The room was a bit outdated, but clean and in a convenient location on Coronado. The hotel has a small parking lot so try to get there at check-in time. The free breakfast made up for the outdated room!

Overall, though, the location is amazing, the breakfast was different each day and I could tell that I have been freshly prepared. The staff were kind and genuinely helpful.. We come to San Diego every year and we will likely stay here again.

We love to come to Glorietta Bay and enjoy Coronado. We love our walking, dining, and beach.

Additional resort fee is ridiculously high and senseless given this property does not have typical resort amenities. Seems more like a motel.

No meat item on breakfast menu. Can Corn beef instead 😬

Parking is a little cramped, little noisy due to traffic proximity to orange ave. Otherwise perfect location to all on Coronado.

Staff was responsive and nice.
