Hotel Marisol Coronado

The hotel was perfectly situated in the middle of everything on Coronado. Clayton’s just across the street, the Hotel Del not more than 5 minutes. Endless amounts of restaurants are within walking distance. The room was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They had a continental breakfast each day which was convenient. They also have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and more to use for your day at the beach.

The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. Its historic character shines through its remodel and is within a block of the beach. I’d recommend to anyone. The only downsides are: - The size of the rooms. The rooms are incredibly small and have very little space. If you have a lot (or large) luggage pieces, you may feel a bit cramped. - In-room privacy. The room we stayed in had a sliding glass barn door style door (not a pocket door that seals well). If you’re not comfortable with your partner or roommate, you might have a hard time using the restroom or taking a shower. The door is see through (though it has privacy glass). - In-room air conditioning. The room does have air conditioning, but our air conditioner was a bit damaged and didn’t swing or change fan settings. Thankfully it did turn on and off. Even still, it’s a beautiful, quaint hotel and an enjoyable place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marisol, great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay there again!

This is a great location to the beach just a short walk to the Del, staff was great, back patio is well set up for hanging out with your family and they have heaters if needed , The elevator is a piece of history, really like this place and I would definitely recommend to anyone who was to ask.

We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfect. Breakfast was just the way we eat at home so that was great. The proximity to shops and restaurants was very nice. We were able to walk to most of what we wanted to do.

This property was incredible. Not only was it absolutely stunning, but it offered the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and charm. This hotel is located right in the center of Coronado Island. We were less than three minutes walking distance from everything! We loved the complimentary breakfast, such a beautiful and excellent assortment of pastries and breakfast dishes! The staff is absolutely excellent! The comfort, happiness, and well-being of their guests are clearly at the heart of everything they do. Whenever assistance is needed, the staff is prompt, attentive, and readily available. If we decide to visit Coronado Island again, we will definitely stay here!!! Nothing

What a beautiful place! Very clean and staff is amazing! 5 min walk to beach and is located in a perfect spot for local food places. We will be staying here again in the future!!

Friendly staff and very cute hotel. We loved the breakfast, the vintage elevator, and the large room. We loved that we never even used our cars once we checked in because it is walking distance to everything. They even contacted me that I left some items and offered to ship them to me. Wow!
