Like the place just need utensils

Good hotel

The room was very clean. Plenty of towels and hot water. Honestly everything was good.

Spacious room table seating was probably my favorite Well there was a stove but no pans or anything so if you’re going to come here bring your own pots pans and utensils . Staff wasn’t really friendly the older lady that said she was in her 60s was ok though. The cabinet was weird looking

The hall way small bad and have loud music playing At night.

It was a surprise how well appointed the room was, but the staff was not very helpful, there was no breakfast, even though there is a whole dining area and the worst part - the mattress... Now we knew this because we've stayed in Motel 6s before, but I guess I assumed the Studio 6 bed would be more comfortable. I guessed wrong. It's hard as a rock and I woke up with the worst spinal pain I've had in years. If we ever stay at a 6 again we will bring a foam pad or something. Also, you guys could add a few more pillows or just fluffier ones.

Beyond enjoying everything in the hotel, I would say the highlight was the staff, particularly the young man I spoke with. I cannot recall his name, but I believe he is around thirty years old. He clearly loves his work, which is evident in how he presents it. He truly understands what customer service means. If I return to this hotel, it will be because of his outstanding service and the housekeeping. Keep it up.

Room was very clean. Loved the kitchenette. Would be beneficial for longer stays. Definitely coming back.

The hotel was decent enough for the price point, but the bed and pillows were stiff as boards and the bed creaked loudly every time my spouse and I moved, which made for a pretty rough night's sleep.

The only downside was the air conditioning. The room uses a window unit instead of central heating and cooling, and it struggled to keep the room comfortable, leaving it feeling a bit humid and moist inside. Aside from that, the cleanliness and outstanding customer service made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

For the amount of money I spent a night, it should have been better than it was. The rooms were run down to me and not very modern. We kept getting woke up to an alarm that that would go off early in the morning. I was just displeased on how the place looked.

I choose the studio room was clean and well maintained ac and the kitchenette worked perfect front staff are nice and professional only thing is a bit confusing is choosing between studio and motel definitely I’ll be staying here again nice place.

The staff was amazing! Crystal was the absolute best. The stay was very nice. Everything was clean - except carpets in the hallway since it is pet friendly. I would give a 5 stars but our smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was just our room, so I think there was a glitch, but I would definitely stay here again. The location is convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants close by, close to spid, HEB, Movies, Mall, etc. Like I said, Crystal was amazing and it was always nice to see her nice smiling face when we can in and out. She got us everything we needed quickly. The pool was nice - we had it all to ourselves! I will definitely stay here again!
