Cortez Cozy Inn

Only stayed two nights very clean rooms quiet at hotel very happy with the stay.

Nice, older motel that was well maintained and comfortable.

Very old facility and the breakfast was lacking.

Booked in advance, sight unseen, big mistake. Was not familiar with Cortez and room availability was low. Pulled in and saw people working on their cars and lots of people hanging out like they live there. Lots of kids running around parking.lot. Pool right next to street Overall, pretty sketchy vibe. Didnt even stop, my wife was not staying there. Drove thru parking lot and left. They still charged me though! Stayed at Turquoise Inn, which was good, although under renevations.

I appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff. She was efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it even though the facility claimed to be non-smoking. There were chairs outside of each room for what I assume was for smoking. In the window sill was a can with cigarette butts filled to the top. The carpet in the room desperately needs to be replaced it is stained and most likely the reason the smoke smell stays in the room along with the curtains that had holes in it. The air conditioning did not seem to be working as we had it set down to 68 and the room did not cool down. It was very hot all night. The tv was very, very small. It would've been nice if the breakfast items had been replenished as about an hour after it began most everything was gone, leaving us to seek breakfast elsewhere. The hotel desperately needs to be upgraded for the price that was charged.

Rooms need updating. jacuzzi was so dirty I wouldn't get in it. I would not call it breakfast with what they served.

Decent for a motel, but door dead bolt was broken on room 129 and motel didn’t offer a resolution because the rooms were fully booked.

Our room was very dirty. The carpet needs cleaning. There was black and blue stuff smeared on the sink and vanity. The arm chairs were very dirty. There was dirt on the walls. Our door had a hard time locking and staying shut. Very thankful the air conditioner worked very well. Amenities were sparse. What was there was useful. Staff we spoke to were great. Wish it was a better experience for what we paid.

It was very clean and quiet. The people there were very helpful. I will definitely stay there next time. Last time I stayed at another place that was very dirty. I was booked there for 3 nights but only stayed for 1. I would have stayed longer at Cozy Inn if I could. My compliments to the cleaning staff. No bad experiences at all.

Staff was great even though I wasn't. Upon arrival the office lights were off, it wasn't clear that the office was open for check in untill I made a cranky call and came up to the door and saw a doorbell sign.

Motel style ..carpet, fridge and microwave friendly staff. Good for the price.

Clean and straightforward. Has a comfy bed - definitely not a ‘frilly’ place but gets you a welcome place to get a good rest.

Lousy breakfast served almost nothing!!!!

The breakfast was minimal, but it was an older-style motel that was trying to stay relevant. The rooms needed updating, but they were clean, and that is what is important. The rooms need to be renovated.

Pool and hot tub closed , I called and asked someone if they were opened on the date I was staying there & they sure they are open!

Decent older motel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
