my favorite part was the salt water pool! service was great, breakfast was good!

I notice some residue of what appeared to be throw up in the bathroom and asked the front desk to send someone to clean it, the lady working afternoons on Sunday asked why I didn’t report it sooner since I checked in on Friday, then she hung up. I went to the office to discuss it further and she was not there, but a gentleman was there and he was very apologetic about the issue and sent someone right away to clean it. Hotel is a bit dated but looks like they are in the process of remodeling.

Only one entrance and exit to the parking lot and hotel made it feel safe.

The mirror was dirty or just stained. The shower didn’t have the body wash it was removed. Upon entering the room it had a funky smell. Lighting was kinda dark. The desk chair had a tear on the seat and the arm rest had a piece missing. The shower tile looked dirty. The breakfast was cold.

My stay was horrible the vanity light didn’t work the ceiling fan missing blade and didn’t work the tv in front room didn’t work I needed towels in the morning I was told to go to front office to retrieve them they had none instead gave me floor towels that you stand on after getting out of shower my stay was horrible and then they charged my credit card 50 dollars I don’t even know what for I haven’t got a refund for that

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The elevator had peeling paint and room had very old carpeting that gave it a neglected feel. On the first night, I found a cricket in the bathroom, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast was extremely basic and exactly the same every morning, with no variety. The staff were polite, but the hotel itself needs significant maintenance and improvements to meet acceptable standards.

Stayed here for one night, next to a lot of local hotspots. The gentleman up front upgraded our room since the one we reserved was not available. Good spread for the complimentary breakfast. It was a firm 3pm check in the day we stayed but it seemed pretty crowded also. Would stay again

The rooms were musty and the pool was closed, we had our grandchildren and booked there specifically for the pool and we weren't given any notice the pool would be closed or an option to cancel and book somewhere else. The included breakfast was decent and convenient.

1. Want to take even a warm shower 2. Want the shower to drain the cold water out that comes out of the faucet 3. Want the front door to close properly. 4. Don’t want paint stripping on your feet from the pool. I will say that the breakfast was clean and good.

Breakfast was very good, and there was ample parking available. The rooms, however, had a slight musty smell, and both the rooms and bathrooms need little TLC and updating. But.. kudos for the amazing water pressure in the shower—it was excellent!

Lots of parking and handicap parking. Breakfast always a treat. Staff in dining room pleasant and front desk helpful. There was hair in the shower, sink filled and slow draining. Otherwise it was a great stay! Loves your pillows and towels.
