Staff was nice and helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast. Nice they had laundry onsite.

Room was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom nice. Pool not as expected. Appears bigger in the pics and the beach access is not close by. You need to walk across a busy street and then some. For the comfort and price it was great. For entertaining the kids swimming or wanting to quickly access the beach, not the best choice.

The staff are so friendly and the breakfast is a wonderful start to the day. The coffee on tap in the reception was a very welcome surprise too!

But, the elevator was out of order for days, which was a fairly minor inconvenience, but, come on. The pool is just silly. More like a large bathtub. Leave your swimsuit at home. The breakfast is fairly standard--nothing to write home about. Not fresh eggs, just that powdered junk that makes me gag. The coffee wasn't bad. The bathrooms are a bit dated, and the water pressure is non-existent. All Dove soap products. The AC and heat are provided by a noisy window unit. Hate that. The twin room includes two queen beds, which is pretty nice. And they were quite comfortable. Each bed gets FOUR pillows! That's a great touch. Parking is ample. The location is pretty good. A five minute drive from the main attractions--the marina, Balboa Island, and most restaurants. Walking is not an option. There's a fab little Italian bistro (Sol) right next door, though, owned by a goddess. Don't miss it.

We were very impressed and enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and facilities!

Very clean hotel. The check in and out staff was efficient, friendly and thorough. Loved the wonderful breakfast as well.

Besides the ants in our room, the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room comp us 5000 points. Overall was a nice welcoming staff.

Simple and clean, no rust, dirt, smudges, smells. Tip-top shape! Easy walk to the Lido for restaurants. Central location for Uber rides.

Elevator not working- Noise in the hallway through out the night- TV Remote not working- Was moved to a different room that faced the main street and it was not quiet. I would expect sound proof rooms that face the main toad. Was not able to get a restful night the two nights I stayed. Overall the place was dirty, unkept , noisy. I would not recommend this particular holtel
