Room with “partial ocean view” as marketed does not see any ocean at all. Parking on weekends at the hotel is turned into valet and they give all the spots to people not staying there at night. Cleanliness great. Towels and bathroom great. Central location between the beach and marina. At night streets and bars dominated by 20 year olds.

Enjoyed our stay. I would rate the staff that were there a five but not always present. Similarly about the amenities. There weren’t many. Location was very good and the limited staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered early check in without being asked which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel. Location is top notch in Newport. 1 block to ocean 1/2 to the Newport harbor/channel. The hotel has two roof decks and a very nice cafe downstairs. We love it!

I didn't have a beach view, but I wasnt there to watch the beach from my room. The rooms were very clean and when the windows are shut you cant hear anything from outside. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast wasnt something I partook in because there were so many other places to go. The only thing I give 3 stars to is the bed; it's too soft for me, but others might love it! Would definitely stay there again.
