Little Inn By The Bay Newport Beach

So close to the beach! Perfect location!

I was able to book last minute. It was a quiet room. Only stayed for a few hours to sleep so i didn’t experience anything other than just sleep lol. The bed was comfy and clean. And the room was dark

Great vacation- parked the car... walked to the beach, crossed the street to the donut shop for fresh coffee and some of the best restaurant were within walking distance, El Ranchito, Mama D'd Italian, and Woody's Cafe (great breakfast). Only hesitation... the girls at the desk were friendly but only there during check-in and check out times and you had to "TEXT" a number to get a hold of someone other times. They did respond though ... see above comment

The front desk clerk failed to notice that we had prepaid for the room and tried to charge us for it. When I objected, she instructed us to sign the credit card agreement for the original amount, saying she’d fix it on the back end. When I refused, she threw a huge attitude and was as rude to us (me and my 84 year old mother) as I’ve ever had hotel staff be. A singularly unpleasant experience.

we enjoyed our stay very much, there really wasn’t any amenities to speak of, but everything was in walking distance, which made it very helpful. The only downside is the room that we had was on the street side, which we enjoyed however at night it was very noisy because of other people partying we would definitely stay here again, very affordable, clean and very accessible to everything we wanted to have.

Excellent location with paid parking easy to walk to the beach and bars

This place is ideal for couples that can get around as it has no elevator. Room was clean; though we had problems with the TV and air conditioner going on/off on their own. Really enjoyed the walking distance to shops nearby, places to eat and how close the beach is.

For $450. Nightly you get a basic bed and bathroom. The area is noisy so sleeping is an issue. There were ants in the bathroom and a few spiders. Just felt like this place is way over priced for this small basic room and noise factor but I guess that is what you get in California.

Great area, block from the beach, cute room small but cute I stayed in a queen bed so for one person I was fine two people would of been to crowded I would stay again if it's just me, also no pressure in the shower that's a pet peeve, shops nearby, and food places doughnut shop across the street with great coffee breakfast with in walking great time

Location is very good, walking distance to bars and coffee shops. We rented bikes through Groupon and rode to Balboa Island.

Very pleasant place to stay in an excellent location. Would return!

Great place. Stayed here several times over past decade.

They could use having breakfast and a pool.

I had 3 rooms and 2 were clean the third was not! Property was overall nice. The housekeeping lady was lovely but check-in lady kinda rude. The location was nice but loud, not much they can do about it. Overall not a bad stay. Thanks!
