My stay was disappointing. In the morning, there was no staff available to assist with check-out, and no one was around to help with breakfast or answer any questions. It made the end of our stay feel disorganized and unwelcoming. Better staffing during the morning hours would greatly improve the guest experience.

Stayed here 3 times. The first two times were great while the last stay was a little rough. Damage from rains, musty/ mildew stay, no happy hour refreshments, etc. Again, it was great in the past but this last stay was a bit rough. Hope they get things back in track for my next stay otherwise I’ll be looking to stay elsewhere.

The room was clean and had a microwave and was quiet. The lobby is under construction so it will be nice when completed. It was fine for a night.

This hotel was AMAZING! They have very comfortable beds which is usually my main complaint with hotels. They also serve breakfast and dinner which is included and all the food was so good. Plus, it was so cool to see the longhorns right on the property, the kids really loved them. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area again.

I was so frustrated and explained all of this to the gentleman who called me. I told him I was on the road for 7 hours with 2 kids, so the last thing I was expecting was my room to be cancelled. I asked to speak to the manager, so he left me on hold for a few minutes. He answered back and offered a king-size room when I had booked a 2 queen-size beds. I literally agreed since I had no choice and needed to rest, especially with 2 kids at night. Not exactly sure why they wanted to cancel my order, but I was really upset when I received their call. Aside from that, the rooms were clean, good breakfast. But I was disappointed by the frustration about them wanting to cancel my reservation. I booked thru Expedia if it helps.

This was a weekend stay so we did not get to experience the free dinner or cocktails in the evenings. Was overall happy with the cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed and ecstatic to find fresh coffee available at 5AM even though breakfast did not start until 6AM. Staff was welcoming and responded to our requests.
