One girl which was not wearing a name badge was very unprofessional.

The Milana hotel was nice. Very basic didn't have really anything going on for breakfast. They did serve free dinner which was a plus, rooms need to have cold in showers

on 9-28-26 Monday at 8:00am they had only eggs and waffles and Tuesday only chorizo and eggs made me some waffles and .asked the front desk clerk for some syrup and she said they were out of syrup. then i check out i asked her for a receipt she told me that they were out of paper. I also asked for a Business Card she responded we don't have any. Asked her for she just mumble her name and she wasn't wearing a name badge so then i just walk out very upset .sad to say but this was our first time staying at this Hotel very nice but very poor staff,

The bed and linens were all clean and well stocked but the floor appeared to have just been swept quickly and not mopped at all. Dirt in every corner and up against the wall and bed edges. You could see spills on the floor that had dried. The maid was very nice and helpful to give us another coffee for the room but was rushed and flushed and appeared to be the only one working. Would not stay at this motel again.

The front desk staff were very welcoming! The housekeeping staff never came to sweep the floor nor picked our trash even after I gathered it all up for them . We stayed the there 10 days !

The cleanliness of the room! The rest room looked rough when the sheets.wete pulled back there was hair floors dirty and sticky spider webs in the corner of the room

It’s nice to have dinner included Monday through Thursday but sometimes the don’t give dinner. Also it’s shows the also have beer but that is no longer the case.

When we arrived, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for a clerk at the front desk. Blanket on bed was thin and not even long enough to pull up around our shoulders - had to use bath towels to cover up. Room showing a lot of wear, especially for not being that old.

Staff was super friendly and attending Small issue with bathroom lighting and the ac is super noisy but we overlooked for our one night stay even though staff did offer to move our room. We decided to not inconvenience as we had already unpacked and were only staying until morning

Cleaning window you could tell some male.left a deposit on it amd the side wall. By the bed and by the long mirror. Toilet seat was broke 1 bolt was broke so would pinch when u sat on it
