My Place Hotel - Council Bluffs/Omaha East, IA

I came there for a quick overnight with my cat as she had jaw surgery in Omaha early that next morning. I get to the pet hospital and they tell me they found a couple of new fleas on her! The fricken room we stayed in had fleas!! My cat has been to the vet weekly this past 2 months because of her jaw she didnt have fleas before we went. If they are gonna allow animals to stay in their hotel they need to spray after every pet.

Very clean, well maintained hotel room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I stayed with two cats and have no complaints!

It was a perfectly fine place to stop on our way through the Midwest. Nothing fancy, but nothing wrong either.

Clean comfortable easy location for the zoo children museum. Many food choices with in a few miles Some traffic noise

Nothing was what it was in the photos. Has kitchen in the room, but no pans, dishes, or utensils. Listing said breakfast offered and that was not the case. There was hair in the shower and on the bed, the elevator was not working, and the bed was very worn sagging to the middle. For the very few positives, the staff was very friendly and I guess the room was a good size. We will not stay again.

Nothing worked, we were put on 4th floor then told elevator is broke it may be fixed the next day , 4 days later when leaving elevator finally worked. Bathroom out of order in lobby. Dirty enviroment and really bad smells everywhere inside
