My Place Hotel - Council Bluffs/Omaha East, IA

Clean, convenient and quiet. It was an extremely hot day and the AC worked perfectly.

I checked in online and paid for my room and the fees, I just think that this hotel needs to have it written or explained somewhere in their add that they require a $100 dollar deposit for local's to rent a room from your establishment. Other than that little detail it was a pretty nice stay. Thank you for having me!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very roomy. Full size refrigerator and electric stove. Great location.

Todo estaba perfecto lo único que me hizo sentir un poco incómoda fue que a la hora de bañarme no estaban llenos los pomos de champú ni de acondicionador ni de gel de baño pero por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien

Great bed linens - very comfortable. Very clean. Great value. Really helpful, friendly staff.

Clean, smelled good. Comfortable bed and pillows. AC worked great. Water pressure was great in the shower. Good TV. Full size refrigerator and kitchenette were standouts va other hotel options. Pool is open until midnight and opens at 9am I think. It is good for kids and a simple dip to refresh, but not deep or big size (right-sized for a hotel like this). Breakfast was not included, but they have items for sale in case you do not want to go out. Complementary coffe and tea; coffee tasted great. Parking lot seemed safe. Good grass areas to walk a dog around. I was happy to find this hotel and even happier when we checked out. Highly recommend.

Overall very clean and comfortable. Clean towels and linens. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Excellent hotel and very affordable! There was a small water leak in the shower head that was causing some water damage and mold. I told the front desk when we checked out and they sent the maintenance man up right away to fix.

Also the bed was low for transferring and had a large recliner I could transfer into and out of!!

I understand that it is an extended stay location but it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in all summer, and to be honest not the nicest. Felt like gouge pricing.

We stayed when the College Baseball was being played in Omaha so this property was value for money. It’s 20 minutes from wherever you need to go. Small pillows and really soft beds if you like that than this is the place for you

No breakfast and hallways a bit smelly.

We stayed overnight with a planned visit to the Omaha Zoo the next day. This was perfect and would have been convenient for a longer stay as the room has a full sized refrigerator and a stove. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again. Family of 5 traveling, with two rooms.

Had everything we needed, would be great for long term, kitchenette would be accommodating for a few day stay. Clean, practical layout. Found it easy to move through needed routines. Bathroom counter convenient. Lighting was poor - one switch for three overhead lights.
