Overall, the hotel was well-kept and the room was clean. The pool could use some extra attention, there was a "film" on the top of the water that was gross. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. We did not use the fitness center or ha e breakfast. The location is convenient to the highway and multiple stores.

The hotel was well taken care of and clean.

Breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was not good. The one in the lobby area was a bit better.

Everything worked fine and we could control the a/c individually. Very quiet in the 5th floor. Only negative was the lack of good Danish at breakfast.

Parking was great! When I arrived that night, my room had no washcloths, luckily I always carry one at least with me. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast due to the long lines as there was a girls sports team so the line was too long! The bed was super comfy, room was very clean and the AC was blasting! Staff was excellent even though the hotel had a very large kids sports team there and the lobby was very loud.

The carpet in our room was damp all over and the bathroom was not completely prepped (no hand soap and the towels were left in places other than the towel rod). The bathroom smelled like urine. The sheets were pretty worn. The experience overall was uncomfortable.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far. It was for one night only as my family and I were driving through. The rooms were big and spacious, tall ceilings, clean and organized halls and elevators. Love that it has an indoor pool and gym. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They also offer buffet style breakfast which is a plus.

Staff was help and extremely friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Reasonable price and numerous amenities including breakfast pool and a fire pit.
