Very accommodating staff. Friendly. No problems. We traveled with pets and all worked out well. Great towels. Only 3 pillows. Would expect 4.

Homes2Suites is our preferred hotel line and this one didn’t disappoint. It was clean well maintained and safe. Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful

I didn't care for this hotel. Rooms seem cheap and the bed was uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay here again. I'd prefer the Hilton Garden Inn or Hampton over this hotel.

Great greenspace for dogs close to restaurants

I cancelled my stay, I was there only overnight. This is a different hotel without any of the services I requested. No restaurant. The room I was given had a full kitchen and it was a handicaped unit. I do not know how I was assigned such a unit. They had nothing else available so I was forced to move to another place. I purchased insurance so I will be submitting a claim.

The room had no so pleasant smell. And it looks like everyone had a pet- it seems like there is no system of designating rooms to those travelers who prefer pet room free rooms.

Staff

The room was reasonably comfortable with sufficient parking space and basic utensils available, which was helpful for family travel. However, one concern was that some essentials like shampoo and towels were initially missing from the room. Although we requested them, they arrived quite late, almost around the time we were checking out. Other than that inconvenience, the stay was decent overall. Good parking, comfortable setup, and suitable for a short family stopover.

The property was clean and the breakfast selections were varied and good. We had people staying above us with two large dogs that wanted to play late at night. Suggestion: Put guests with dogs on the first floor so they don't keep guests awake on the upper floors.

Everything was good

I feel obliged to write a review only when the property is excellent: both the cleanliness as well as the staff. This one offers both and also a fantastic hot breakfast that goes way beyond pastries and coffee. A great option even (like us) doing stuff in Pittsburgh but want to avoid the crowd and the noise.

The drawers were filthy and with hair, which is not pleasant when putting hot clean clothes away when you arrive to a crispy and clean bedroom after a long and tiring travel.

Hotel was nice. Bathroom doors wouldn’t lock. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was small.

Good stay.

Great room. The girls really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great! Many options - eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal with lovely toppings.

Suggestion: To have hand held shower be a standard for each room.

Our room was huge and well-appointed. All employees were friendly and attentive. It is evident that great care is taken care of tjee common areas and all the surrounding areas of the property. Everything was always clean and in working order. Breakfast was delicious and plantiful. The pool looked inviting and the weight room had great machines and weights.
