Large room, very spacious. could have used an extra lamp or ceiling light for the space. The fridge was broken.

The associate at check in was friendly and very efficient. The hotel and room are in good condition. The only negative would be that some trim work was being done in the halls and there were some wood scraps near the elevator and some splinters in the hallway going to our room. Nothing major but the contractor should do better cleaning during the job.

Easy on off the highway. Parking was plentiful.

Staff was exceptional, room was clean and spacious, and location was perfect for my needs. The cost was a bit over-blown for a non-event weekend.

There's plenty of parking, the lobby is very attractive and inviting, and the check-in was quick and easy. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. However, the toilet needed to be jiggled when flushed. There were no plastic cups for drinking water or soft drinks, only coffee cups. And there wasn't a bar of soap in the bathroom, only body and hand washes. Overall, it was a good stay, although a bit pricey.

I do want to say that the staff was terrific. The hotel was very tired looking. The halls had bits of trash in them, our room had quite a few dust bunnies under the bed near the headboard. They gave us an accessible room. We did not ask for it or need it, but perhaps it was all they had left. The room had a bit of a smell, as if someone had smoked in it once upon a time, and the A/C was very loud. There was no blackout curtain and there was a bright neon sign fairly close to the window. Also, there was a kid's sports team there for the weekend. Great kids, but not supervised well and they were racing down the Hallway outside of the room, giggling and playing various games. They were just being kids, but the parents should know better than to give them free reign of the halls where the rooms are. The hotel is renovating, and the boxes of cabinetry, etc. were piled up across from the elevators, only one of which was working. The room with tax was $250. Terrible value. I would not have wanted to stay there at half the price.

very nice

Air condition wouldn’t stay on or adjust to where it was set. Had to keep turning it off and on to work. Construction during the day and someone knocked to clean the room at 9 am. But the lobby was pretty and the place was clean!

The staff were wonderful. Very nice.

The staff was unfriendly and unapproachable.

Breakfast was fair. Pastries were stale. Toaster didn't work well. Bed was uncomfortable.
-
Room was clean and staff was very polite ans helpful Place was very loud even for a Saturday evening.

The property seemed fine, but admittedly we showed up very late (1am) and had a discrepancy in booking that the front desk had to figure out for us, giving us a room that was under construction since they had no further vacancy.
