Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and maintained. Building has some renovations going on in the rear but the work did not impact my stay.

Our room was great. Newly renovated and enough room to spread out.

The dust buildup on the perimeter of the room had to be an inch and a half deep. The a/c unit in our room sounded like it was on its last leg; it banged and hummed throughout the night. But it was cold! We dealt with it because it was a short stay. This place needs a good scrub down, at the very least.

There were storage containers all through the parking lot. Had to park on other side of the lot away from the main building

Nice hotel presently undergoing a renovation. Close to restaurants that aren’t chain restaurants — especially about 15 minutes north in Zelionople (sp?) and Harmony. Very convenient to freeways but not noisy at all. Ask for room on east side if that is a concern.

Rooms were very modern and very clean. Staff very friendly. Rooms were also very quiet. Had to stay here due to storms knocking out power for a few days at my house. This place helped to make my stay comfortable.

The location. I was never reimbursed my $20 for accidental, we didnt even use the room except to change clothes after the pool as we had a dinner reservation then ended up having to check out a few hrs later due to babysitter needing to leave. The room had an extremely noisy ac motor on the wall from outside and the room wasn't the cleanest, unfortunately, it looked thrown together and the carpet was dirty.
