This Hampton Inn was awesome. There was an indoor pool great breakfast options and it was close to a number of other restaurants and amenities.

The room was clean and tidy. When you walk in the door, you have to insert your card into a light slot. This is ensure the lights work throughout. Little strange but it was fine. The front desk staff, Christopher, was helpful and nice. Easy check in and out.

The actual room was fine. Clean and updated. The common areas like the lobby, hallways and elevators were pretty dirty. Garbage overflowing, dirty floors, dirty surfaces. Only stayed for one night so it was fine but if it was longer I would have left.

Parking was a little tight and not very many spots after 11:00.

First, a positive...Chris at the front desk was great, as he usually is. He was friendly and helpful and took care of a couple of requests we made. Now for the negative...the hotel was dirtier than usual. There was dust on the lamps in our room and the baseboards under the nightstands. I do not think the hallway outside our room got vacuumed the entire time we were there (4 days). Breakfast was just not as good as it usually is; there were fruit flies in the bread bin, and a hair in the oatmeal. When I travel, I always look for a Hampton Inn and Suites to stay at because they are usually a clean hotel and the staff usually does a great job. Maybe this one is going through some personnel changes. I hope they get things figured out or I may have to look for a new hotel the next time I visit.

Shower needed some repairs and not cleaned well. Hotel is noisy, may be due to the wood laminate floors. Able to hear conversations in the next room

It was fine. Nice location and clean beds. Staff was overwhelmed with a concert that was taking place that weekend, not very responsive.

Breakfast is the best the rooms are nice and updated. My tub wasn’t cleaned had to have it cleaned out

The staff was never at the desk and when you ask for help the acted like you were putting them out!

The back patio was full of debris. No one maintains coffee or the breakfast buffet, there are also few options without pork in them. The night staff sits in the lounge and watch the main tv with friends. Very awkward. Not a Hilton level property.
