Did not have tv for first 2 days of stay. Front desk rep spoke to me like I was a moron when I reported it. 2 days later they replaced the tv box hahahah.. other than that point, pleasant stay.

Room booked wasn’t what we were given. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get our room ready. Lobby smelled awful. Went to see the room, but didn’t think we’d stay anyway. Walked in and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look like anyone had swept in months at least. Turned around and went back to the lobby. Wasn’t even asked why we wanted a refund.

I liked the bathrooms and the tv. I didn’t like that they don’t have a pool.
-
The front desk isn’t manned after 11 which is super weird and then they could get the room key to work

A good place we’re gonna be going back again in the future

Nothing Cockroaches and herion needles

The place was gross, the room was slimy, looked like a cheap apartment from the slums. Spilled drink stains on the wall, air chair that looked like a dog tore it up. Everything had like a moist film on it.

Walls were torn up, chairs were torn up, previous people belongings were in the rooms. I even changed rooms and the same type of belongings were in the next room too. Bed was torn apart with all the shits ripped off. The bed was pulled away from the wall and at an angle. The sheets were brownish and dirty. There was urine in the toilet and someones clothes. There were candles lit under the kitchen sink with "the lord is my shepherd" written on the candle glass holder, and there was a piece of paper under the candles with a note written in red writing. There were shady people walking around watching you like they were trying to figure out your schedule. Workers were covered from face to everywhere with tattoos. It smelled strange.

Got in just after midnight nobody at front desk to check us in. The office had to call an employee who was sleeping and then she gave us a room that was already occupied. Finally got our room and the TV did not work. Total choas!

Very beautiful place to stay

Room was not very clean. Also had to wait 1 hour to check in and make a few different phone calls to get someone out to check us in. What kind of hotel ends their check in so early. Would not recommend

Good location and price. My room wasn't cleaned well. I found a plastic fork on the nightstand. There was trash in the bin before i got there. The floor wasn't swept. No one was at the desk when I got there. The phone to call for someone was also not working.

It sounded like a low battery warning on a smoke detector, or possibly the A/C unit. Every few minutes a high pitched noise would happen and made it impossible to sleep. I had no sleep the entire night. Just a doze every now and then. Other than that, it was excellent. Check-in lady was very pleasant and polite.

Location. Check in girl was nice. Pet friendly but no dog park/area Cleanliness of halls and elevators. Room was also not swept/ vacuumed. Heavy pot smell in the elevator and hall the majority of the days we were there

The room was horrible. We tried to get a new room , couldn't . Our key didn't work until 3am . No enemties in the room to accommodate. Fridge falling apart, the ac wasn't keeping our room cool. The entire experience was horrible. It wasn't a good time .

This place was absolutely disgusting. Nobody working at front desk so there was a note saying to use the lobby phone to call. There was a note on the lobby phone that it isn't working so you have to use your personal phone to call. Then, after checking in, they tell you the elevator isn't working and we're on the 4th floor! Bad enough when you have kids, but having a senior citizen with mobility issues makes that even worse. The amount of garbage in the stairway and hallway was disgusting. The room itself was ok. Throughout the night, there were men in the hallway who were very loud making noises that sounded like they were trying to break into our room. This was terrifying for my daughter. The next morning, there were police cars in the parking lot arresting someone. I can only imagine what that was about. And, this was all in less than 10 hours.

I can’t think of anything. The Elevator was broken and my TV did not work in my room 309 the first floor stank. It was like walking through a barn.
-
I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. I will be fixed maybe tomorrow. We only had rooms on the 3rd floor. Okay, things happen. Thinking I can go to the room and relax and watch tv. Nope there wasn’t a connection. Non working elevator and non- working TV, non working lobby telephone. Never again! Oh, 2 Extended Stays with-in of a mile of eachother and no way of discerning easily which one is which!

Not clean

Very affordable and nice to have a kitchen although you get no utensils or pots or pans unless you buy a set rendering it pretty much useless. The room was nice and clean and warm and elevator was quick. That there are no kitchen supplies provided. Had I known that I probably would have stayed somewhere else.
