It was a pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was clean!

It was good staying here for a night.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly. The room was updated and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good in the morning and had all the usual/favourites. The gym was a bit musty but it was in the pool area so I guess that would be expected- I still was able to get in a decent workout.

Th rooms are a bit tight. If you value larger or extra spacious hotel rooms don’t stay here.

Very comfortable room and clean.

Clean room, the bed was very comfortable. Overall nice location and stay!

Good location, nice staff and solid breakfast. $40 charge for pet seemed steep compared to other chains and even Wyndham.

Our stay was very nice. Clean rooms, easy breakfast everything is very close that you could need. My only complaint is the hours of use for the hot tub! If there is no life guard then your people renting should have access 24/7. I would have enjoyed my stay more with more hot tub time, just my opinion.

(1) The room size was small, I might say tiny. Certain controls were hard to reach due to the cramped space (lightswitches, bathroom sink stopper etc). (2) Water pressure in the shower was very low - making a shower difficult. No adjustment of water volume was possible. 3) A couple of fixtures in the room were broken - a hanging wall lamp with an exposed electrical wire, and a non-working hair dryer. The lamp in particular posed a fire hazard and as such, I did not dare to turn it on. The desk was therefore dark. I brought this to management attention twice in four days. Nothing was done. All in all this was a disappointing hotel experience. Find another location, there are many available in the general vicinity of Cranberry Township.

Welcoming, very clean, great breakfast choices N/A

Staff is wonderful, the rooms are spacious for the price and the beds are comfortable The lack of water pressure when showering. Could hardly rinse my hair cause there’s next to no water pressure at all

Room had two broken fixtures. Desk lamp with broken hinge and exposed electrical wire is VERY unsafe. Hair dryer was not working. I travel and see hotels with room maintenance issues. This was on the very poor side. Fix the lamp. It is a fire hazard.

I chose this hotel because it sat outside downtown Pittsburgh. I was pleasantly surprised. The stay was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Pool and whirlpool were perfect for my Grandson. No complaints.

Staff were kind and facility was clean

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were very clean and the pool was perfectly warm! Front desk staff at check in was friendly but announced the floor I was staying on very loudly, then held up and opened the jacket book with the room keys facing out with my room number on full display. The unknown man in line behind me could clearly hear and see exactly what floor and room I was staying in. As a woman traveling alone, this was very concerning to me as safety is my top priority. The next morning at check out the front desk staff was busy chatting with another hotel staff member, laughing and joking around, completely ignoring me as I stood at the front desk waiting to turn in my keys for check out and ask a quick question. It was several minutes before she acknowledged me.

Hot breakfast which was good! Nice pool and hot tub! The pull out sofa was super comfy, not your typical sofa bed. It was an actual mattress and just as comfy as the regular bed. Right next to Primanti Bros, which was a great spot to get a drink and good food! Overall, great stay. Nothing to report really. Great stay, and it was comfortable. Maybe the only negative was the bathroom was on the smaller side, but fine to me. Unless you are a bigger individual that would be uncomfortable.

Orderly, clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool area could have used a light cleaning.
