The hotel is closed completely. We booked in August/paid, and drove in on the 10th. The building was completely locked and dark. Tried calling the hotel directly, and it went straight to answering machine. Had to get a last minute room at another hotel, and they said that Red Roof has been closed for almost a year. In the process of getting a refund from Hotels.com

How could we like anything about this hotel???!!! IT WAS CLOSED!!! What if a young family of 4 or 5 had this reserved and showed up in the evening to find it closed???!!! They would have to do what we did and scramble to find a replacement!!! The fact that they were closed and still advertising on all the sites for reservations!!! A great location does not help if they are invisible!!!

THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED AND EXPEDIA REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY!!!!
-
Not s thing I arrived for my reservation to find the complex abandoned and a sign with an out if state number to call for information. The hotel had a major water leak and shut down without notifying guests or any of the reservation websites.

I showed up and it was completely closed. Condemned. I had a room booked. Heh. I mean, I wish Expedia would have told me about that. I’d like a refund obviously.
-
they can't even pay their electric bill & dishonestly claimed it was not their fault. Called home office for a refund and was told nothing they can do about power outage. Luckily I booked through expedia and was able to stay right next door. This "hotel" is a dump and they are dishonest. do not ever book here, EVER!

Property was closed without any update. When I visited the hotel there was a notice by police department saying no proper facilities provided to customers and its been closed until further notice. No refund initiated even after a week.
-
Nothing, they stole thousands of dollars from me and got shut down by treasury for failing to pay taxes. No electricity when they got shut down and failure to reimburse me. Having to hire lawyer
-
Parking lot wasn't even plowed. TV didn't work right; screen too dark to see. Bed very uncomfortable. Room not clean.
-
Check in Heating wasn't the best
-
The price The fact that there was no power or heat for 2 days at this point, no one in the office, and no one to contact
-
Over the wall. The bed was comfy, but the comforter smelled like dirty feet. I don’t expect to Much from a cheaply priced motel, but I at least expect it to be clean.

Absolutely horrible. Never again

Checked in around 6pm on 1/2/24. Room temp was 55 degrees, outside temp was 22 degrees. Cranked the baseboard heat up to 80. Went down to front desk to let the clerk know that the room was cold af. The clerk seemed defensive and agitated. Told me to turn the heat up and place my hands near the baseboard to confirm the heat was working. I told him I already did that and went back to my room. Still cold af. Went out eat, came back, room still cold af. Went back out to get some dessert and enjoy the heat in my SUV. Came back, room still cold. By midnight the room temps got up to 65 degrees. The sheets were stained, paint was peeling and the bathroom floor was squishy from a water leak. I don't know how there are so many good reviews for this property. I've stayed at quite a few Red Roofs that were actually pretty nice, this was not one of them. Pick anywhere else to stay. This place is falling apart.

Its what you expect, a room that used to be 39 a night is much more but things havent been changed.

This property was absolutely filthy from the sheets to the walls to the fixtures. Grossly outdated. I was moved after 10 minutes to another room that was equally dirty. Heat didn’t kick on in either room. I spent less than 20 minutes total in either room and was not refunded. This is the worse red roof I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping foot in
-
I was there for 4 nights and my room was never cleaned and there were bugs. Same bedding and towels.
-
No safe
-
Hotel was nice but alot of confusion at the desk about our reservation
-
The size of the room. We had a dbl room. It was roughly 385 SQ ft. Clean, private, and in the most upcoming little area that I have ever seen. Everything you can imagine is right around the corner. No
