The suite was very spacious for my handicap mother. The communication whether written or verbal throughout the hotel is excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay awesome.

One of the best value hotel rooms I’ve had in a long time. My family got the 2 queen suite room, and there was a perfect amount of space for all of us to throw our luggage down. the kitchen was tiny, but adequate the living room area living room area was perfect size, there was 2 TVs, two queen beds, kitchenette, typical bathroom. Also staff was pleasant and helpful. overall great value great room.

The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was great as well! The lady that was making sure the breakfast was full was extremely kind! She meeds a raise!

The door didn't fit in the frame. The door sagged which prevented the deadbolt from working

Overall, we had an excellent stay! The staff was amazing and were extremely helpful whenever we needed something. There was a slightly, unpleasant musty smell in the room, some stains in the carpet, and minor wear and tear in the bathroom. Nothing that was a deal breaker, but I do feel it's worth mentioning.

While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff.

To be honest, when I turned down the bed in our original room, there were a few baby spiders crawling around. I notified Grace, the agent at the front desk, and she immediately offered us another room. I appreciated this because she didn’t just make us wait while they changed the bed linen.

This location met and exceeded all expectations. Clean rooms well maintained property good breakfast choices would stay there again.
